Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We went in close to closing time, & we weren't rushed. The customer service was awesome! Our server, Terrance, was wonderful! I will definitely keep giving them my business again & again.

I just went in to get my order corrected due to a mixup with the delivery service and they were very courteous and expedited my order for me and made sure everything was to my liking. The burger was one of the best I've had and the service was incredibly helpful and understanding.

I like this place and we go there often. It's family friendly and the food is generally good and the staff is always friendly.

Our last visit her kids wanted some sliced apples with their meal. We were surprised to see them arrive on the plate and in a sealed plastic bag.

While the Ziosk touch terminals are a convenient way to pay at the table. Having games on them just presents an opportunity for kids busy fingers to click a few things and you to have a surprise charge on your bill. This has occurred on more than one occasion. Any convenience gained by paying at the table is reversed by having the server go back and remove the extra charge.I would prefer to either not have them at the table or not have games on them at all. Often we just move them to a different table.

The bar at this location is always a hot mess. For example, more than once they've ran out of every variety of chardonnay entirely. Food and staff are great.
