“We love Panera Bread! Well, this location is brand new. It is located southwest corner of Costco next to the brand new strip mall where T Mobile is located. The design of this building is modern, clean, and well planned. We visited last night and saw several tablets that you can place the order yourself when they get busy. According to the staff, this place has been opened since February 1st. She also told us they don’t bring food to your table anymore. You will get a restaurant vibrating pager when your order is ready. Then you will pick up your meal at the counter. By the way, Westroads Panera is closed so don’t go there.”

“Alvaro Is more than a 5* employee - he is someone that is passionate about customer service and delivering the best product while always bringing a positive uplifting attitude. My toddler gets excited coming to this location in particular not just because the food is excellent but more so his interaction with Alvaro. He calls my son a superhero and you should see the big grin on his face. I would not be joking to say we frequent this establishment so much specifically because of him. The rest of the Kolache Factory team is awesome as well”

“5/26/2020 It really pains me to write this review because one of our all-time favorite waitresses works at this facility and if she didn’t, I'd give this place two stars. To be clear she didn’t wait on our table and we know her from a different Village Inn that has since closed down. This is the first time that we have visited this Village Inn and were very happy to find out she worked here. The facility itself is in need of a renovation. Sitting along I 80 as it does, I'd think this would be a priority. The facility itself was clean enough, it just has a kind of a general run-down feeling to it. Be that as it may, the table we got had a large spot of; syrup, gravy, or something, on it that I asked to be cleaned off. The waitress wasn’t very friendly or attentive, and tried to charge us triple for what we ordered. The food was good. We had breakfast fair; cheese omelet, biscuit with gravy, pancakes, fruit, and a free piece of lemon meringue pie that I had a coupon for from an email.”

“Tied for the best pizza that I've ever had in my life, which is true Chicago deep dish. Orsi's pizza is incredibly fresh with flavorful sauce, rich stringy cheese and delicious toppings! Got sausage and black olive and you could hear the little squeak when biting into the olives, a sign of plump and fresh olives. I was in Nebraska for just two days for business and had to make a second stop here for lunch on the way out! Definitely worth a visit, they've earned a regular in me for whenever I'm in town!”

He was extremely rude and snide to his female employees, and made a little of a mockery of them in front of customers. AA’s should certainly do an evaluation on his performance, especially his treatment of others.”
