“A nice quite restaurant. The family that runs the place are very friendly and nice (very family oriented). The spring rolls were huge, could pass for burritos, but so good and the peanut sauce tasted freshly made. I went with the small Pho and glad I did because it was more than enough to eat. Their peppers had lots of heat. All the ingredients were very fresh. Everything was great! I would highly recommend.”

“Let me just start off by saying THESE WINGS ARE AMAZING!!! There are atleast 15 different flavors to choose from, and they also have special flavors they offer daily. Who would have ever thought to create these flavors for wings? Funnel cake? Caramel apple? Spicy peanut butter? Strawberry shortcake? I have been several times and I have liked every flavor that I have tried so far. And the customer service is amazing! They are very friendly people! I would recommend this place to anyone who likes wings. It is definitely my favorite. I drive to Lincoln from Omaha to eat here (100 mile round trip) and it is well worth the drive!”

“Neighborhood staple, been coming here since I was a boy. Blackened prime rib with mushrooms is where it's at. French onion is not to be missed. All the reviews about the decor, Husker stuff, excellent staff, stiff drinks, etc are all true. And if you're from another college visiting on Friday night, wear your gear because you are more than welcome at this place. Everyone knows it doesn't matter you root for the wrong college; at least you got the steakhouse right and we're happy to have you in Lincoln. Just go.”

“I love this place. The atmosphere is perfect: dark, woody, and full of regulars. The warm mozzarella stretches two feet when you pick up a slice of pizza, the toppings are not sparing, and if you get large pizzas, it's very reasonably priced. They have a solid set of core beers and a few craft beers on tap and the wait staff are confident and efficient. Our waitress made and error but when she dropped off our food she told us that she noticed, we were welcome eat what was already there, and the correction was on the way. Calm and professional handling of the error.”

“We staying at a hotel right around the street so when I Googled “dinner near me” Heoya popped up and we gave it a shot. The pork tacos were very good - love the seasoning of the pork mixed with the smokey flavor of the pork. The crisp lettuce and carrot combination made these a delight. Next comes the Korean Fries with beef on top. The flavors together - beef, BBQ sauce, another sauce, cheese, cilantro and onions - were wonderful! I couldn’t stop eating long after I was stuffed. They threw in the crab Rangoon and who doesn’t love some deep fried cream cheese? All of this for $23 - more food than two people could possibly eat. We have one these type restaurants in a gas station near my house and I think the concept is really cool. Replace hotdogs on rollers with first class food truck food...what a novel idea.”

“I love the food here and the "small town" atmosphere. I have only eaten breakfast here. The waitresses call some people by name, just like I remember as a child when my parents would take me to eat at the local small town cafe on Sunday. They have their "regulars". I also like their multiple choices of toast including rye, and I believe I had dark rye one time as well. This is not an all new bright and fancy just remodeled cafe, but, when you walk in on a cold winter morning, you will feel warm, cozy and like you are visiting family with a good home cooked breakfast waiting for or you.”

The only thing that wasn't quite perfect (to me) was some of the chips were a little soft (whether because of frying too short a time or sitting out in a humid environment, I don't know). But the two kinds of salsa were both so delicious we polished off two baskets of chips anyway!”

I just wish this level of service was more consistent throughout the day. It seems that in the later afternoon and early evening it becomes more relaxed and carefree. Leading to empty thank yous and and good nights. this is a position for which one is starting out in the workforce. The future is ahead of you and you must treat it as necessary as it is. No matter the time of day service should not become lackadaisical. for the most part this is a great stop if you need a quick bite and not worried about service at all. I hope this review inspires those who shell out empty gratitudes to think more about their future.”
