I got the Philly cheesesteak with garlic fries and it was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The cheese was so creamy and great quality. Will be coming back! My kid got the chicken strips and those were delicious with a batter I would say they dip the chicken in themselves

Place just opened back up not too long ago rebranded as Don Jose. Just popped in while cruising down Carson St.

Figured, what the hell, looks just shady enough that they might have a really good burger.

Spoiler alert: Their burgers are bomb. I mean, really good. Might be the best burger in town now. I had their Western Burger that had onion rings and BBQ sauce. My only complaint is that their side salad might be the saddest thing I've ever seen. But I don't hold that against them, since this isn't really a "side salad" type of place.

Highly recommend coming in to grab their burgers. I know I'll be back. 🤙🏾

We drove by and popped in on a whim because we saw it was new ownership! Staff was friendly, place was done up nicely. But the food... probably one of, if not, the best burger we’ve ever had. It was well seasoned, juicy and blew us away! The fish taxis were great as well with a surprising sauce to enhance the experience! We will be returning!

I've stopped by here twice and can tell the food is made with love. The burger was fantastic as were the fish and chips. Hand-formed and high quality ingredients.

The wait staff and cooks are doing an amazing job. Their batter, veggies and fish are easily the freshest and best in town. They are mixing their own blend of ground beef for their burgers. If you get a chance pop in and support this wonderful new restaurant.
