“We were shopping at South Premium Outlets and I noticed this place. Looks like it just newly opened, we had to check it out. When you walk in, the interior is cozy and unique as opposed to other bubble tea shops. My daughter liked the strawberry yogurt smoothie very much. The pink strawberry smoothie looked appealing, the taste was a combination of yogurt and strawberry fruit, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. Overall I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area.”

“Been here about 3 times in the last week, got fresh juices every time I see some reviews say the place is closed. I could be wrong but it seems it recently opened. Maybe the location showed up before they opened, I'm not sure but 2 things to keep on mind: 1: there are shops on both sides of this building. GPS might take you to the other side. If it's does just keep driving around the building to the other side. It's right next to the sports clips 2: every time I've been there they have been open. Service has been fast and friendly staff”

“This Starbucks is a two-fer. Its baristas brew up great coffee concoctions. But it's also a great museum that pays homage to UNLV student life. The store is across the street from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas campus. Two walls of the store have current and historical photos of university life, mounted museum style. My favorite is an Impressionist-like still life of two students studying outside. They are sitting back-to-back on a bench. She's on her laptop and he's reading a textbook. Their backpacks sit beside them. The photo looks down on them from above. It perfectly captures student life at a US university. There are photos of campus architecture and blooming gardens. (Those wildly colorful displays are clearly from spring because they won't last in August!) I love the one of the messy stacks of the library. Quintessential college. There's a patio but it juts into the parking lot. The patio also faces busy Maryland Parkway, so you can watch the the cars whiz by. There's a crosswalk to campus, making this a favorite hang out of the college crew. Since it's in a shopping center, there's plenty of parking. If you want a cup of coffee AND a taste of college life, this is your place.”

“Passionate informative employees making great recommendations to my order, delivering amazing results. My friendly conversation with one of the employees taking my order, was very hospitable when I had trouble trying to find a menu and was not sure what was on it. Rating them three stars, because the fact they don’t have a posted menu anywhere in the establishment or if they do, not easy to fine. This restaurant requires you to use a smart phone, assuming the customer should not only own this device, but set the customer experience as a requirement for an mobile device to access their menu. This is very unfair and completely takes away from the neighborhood restaurant experience. As I was there, I witnessed five out of seven people staring at their phone while in line, completely unaware of the beautiful pastry display case on the right. I couldn’t help feel how depressing this was. Personally, I’m trying to get away from using my phone and putting it on silent. The fact that I am forced to use this device defeats the entire purpose of me distancing myself From Mobile phone dependency. Took away my experience at this restaurant completely. I really enjoyed my time here, normally I would just ignore this, but I’m tired of being forced to use my phone everywhere. Although this is my personal choice, I much rather shop at a local establishment with a fun menu and a cheerful staff. What’s the point of living life if you’re just going to live it on a device?”

“This place is very clean, staff friendly and meal came out fast. They do have a wide selection too, with cucumber water that is free. Overall a solid place I would recommend. The quality and quantity for what you pay for may not be ideal which is the only reason why this place gets 4 stars.”

“Yummy food and a nice atmosphere! The Chef and the cashier were so nice and helpful. The start of the show was the food though....as it should be. The chicken skewers were tender and flavorful and with the dips it was a party for my mouth! My boys loved the steak burrito dippers and we had to dive in before I got a good picture because the smells were so yummy! Oh and don't leave without trying the homemade hot sauce!!!”

“Dedicated Starbucks: yes Small tables: 11 Large table: 1 Overall: it’s a decent small Starbucks with a a modern pitstop chic. Other: difficult to access. There is only one driveway to access from. If you miss it you’re going to end up driving a 2 mile loop. The other three sides are fenced in from construction.”

“A bit on the pricey side, but so is everything else in Encore/Wynn. Only the hotel rooms are reasonably priced considering their quality. The cafe has all the breakfast goodies until 11, but I never got something that I liked much. Quality and taste were ok. The yogurt and acaí station ends at 11am but sometimes they take them out of the order window earlier and you have to know about them to order one. Juices and fruits are good, but again pricey. Latte is mediocre and feels super light because of the amount of foam (to their credit I could ask for a flat drink). All in all, a convenient option but not the best and there's usually a long line during the weekends.”

“Ivan was GREAT!!! He recommended the Chicken Parmesan and it is now my NEW FAVORITE!! I HIGHLY recommend it!! Is was cooked to perfection!! Ms. Pamela was even kind enough to to share the ingredients and process to prepare it. Truly a great experience! From the greeting-to-the-check…end to end, fabulous service. “A beautiful Starbucks in one of the most art designed locations I've ever visited. The problem typically becomes this year numbers which I've only taken away one star because the quality of coffee was so good. My only recommendation is they have three cashiers and not two. Many times when they were supposed to have to hey Lily only had one which made it the long lines even longer. Regardless if you're out at night Vegas stopped by and visit this location inside the Venetian Palazzo”

“Very convenient location, right around the corner from the elevators. Fast and friendly service. I ordered two cafe lattes and a Ham & Cheese Croissant. Everything was delicious. If you are staying at Mandalay Bay or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping here for a coffee or drink.”

“I’m a regular in the mornings before work. I love the atmosphere very friendly and kind employee would recommend going to this Starbucks over any of them. Love this place so much I drive across town on my days off just for the good customer service. These workers deserve a raise they work hard and store is always clean and food and drinks are always made correctly.”

“The staff seem nice. However I am doing a doordash and I watched the young lady bagging the food go down on the floor and tore her shoes and then get back up and continue to plate fries and bag food without cleaning her hands. I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the staff about hand washing.”

“Large Starbucks but with a rather cold (not cosy) atmosphere and horrible acoustics. The location is good since there are several other restaurant chains close by, e. g. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Jack in the Box.”

“Finally an AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CAFE / BAKERY has opened in Las Vegas straight from the East Coast. It’s located inside the Venetian casino on St. Mark’s Square. At this Las Vegas Italian Cafe you can expect to find an array of fresh baked goods. Using only the highest quality ingredients to elevate these Italian baked goods- from fruit tarts, cakes , croissants , Italian donuts and cookies and Italian savory lunch sandwiches. There is something for every food lover. They also serve delicious lattes, cappuccinos and coffees . Everything is baked fresh daily and you can taste the difference in every bite. The restaurant offers indoor seating, upstairs dining with the beautiful views of the St. Marc’s Square and outside patio seating as well. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Everyone is so inviting and helpful. The general manager and both owners are extremely attentive and genuine. We truly felt appreciated and welcomed. Overall: Everything we have ordered was absolutely fresh and mouth watering. Customer service was a phenomenal and food was even better. Hands down THE BEST CAFE/ BAKERY IN LAS VEGAS! We highly recommend it and definitely is a MUST VISIT! We can not wait for their second location to be open at the Fashion Show Mall.”

“Nice standalone Starbucks location with a drive-thru. You can either drive-thru and get your drinks if you don't want to get out of your car, or you can enjoy the nice cool air conditioning inside. It's quite spacious and lots of windows, very bright atmosphere. The staff is friendly and they have pretty much everything you need in a standard starbucks. This is a great place to get cool drink on a hot Vegas day! This place is also right beside the heat village, and a short distance to the outlet stores.”

“The place looks beautiful upon entering, however the staff that was taking the doughnut order is on a rude side and I'll explain why. This is our first time here and did not know that you can't buy donuts by pieces. So while we are ordering and pointed to 2 donuts the guy said you have to order by a box and pointed on the sign above instead of explaining that you either have to buy 4 donuts or 6 donuts per box. He kept pointing on the sign above. Then we ordered our Donuts and beignets and it was a disappointment. The donuts are so thick and it kinda taste like Brioche buns that has sprinkles on it and the beignets are under cooked and too doughy, if you have ever had a beignets from Cafe Du Dumonde which is great 5 stars quality, this will be the opposite of that experience. The only silver lining on this place that I would recommend is the Creme Brule coffee and hence this place even got a 3 stars.”

“Didn't even realize that this location was here, and now stop here most mornings before work, and the service is always friendly and quick. Been coming here about 2 weeks now, and have only had one tiny issue. One of the many coffees I've had was not sweetened correctly, and tasted quite a bit more bitter espresso flavor. It was still ok, but definitely not what I'm used to. Other than that this location is excellent.”

“We own a business near by and we like to start our day right so we come to this place to get their delicious coffees and some healthy snacks. We like this place a lot. I only can wish they hire more help so the drive thru can take less of our time. Beside that issue , everything else is nearly perfect.”

“Great service and staff! My mother works at a credit union called Jolt credit union in Michigan and it has the same colors believe it or not! My mom brought the staff a few pens, napkins, bandannas, and cards etc. all the way from Michigan and they loved it and were surprised! My family and I all got food from there and it was amazing.”

“I'm a huge fan of Cuban sandwiches but I specifically searched out this restaurant in order to try different types of Cuban dishes. Tried the Cuba Cafe Sampler and the Taster plate which I think probably represents most of the flavors of the restaurant well. Everything tasted so amazing. It was nice to see they know how to make Plantain chips perfectly crispy and thin. Great customer service and the Cuba Libre they made was great as well. Very impressed and will try this restaurant again soon!”
