“This Starbucks is located on the busy intersection of W Charleston rd. and S Decatur Blvd . Location is very busy and the parking lot can be very tight, because it’s very small. The shop is always clean. They do have a drive-thru , but unfortunately no patio seating area. I always enjoy my cappuccino at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They always welcome you with a smile 😃. Definitely recommend it.”

“This place is totally renovated and turned into a nice, modern restaurant located inside JW Marriott and Rampart Casiono. I liked the food even before when the restaurant was called Promenade Cafe, but now the menu is more sophisticated and the food quality is even better, especially for such as low prices. I just had a delicious Halubut Filet for $17 only. Come on? Where can you find such a delicious fish at such a low price. Usually Halibut is offered only in the top fine dining restaurants and priced in the range of $35 to $50 per portion. The servers are very friendly, fast, and accurate. Great managent presence. They were checking on our table frequently making sure everything is good. I highly recommend Earl Grey Cafe because you get JW Marriott experience and quality at a casual restaurant prices. This is possible only in Las Vegas.”

“We opted for the Salmon Platter,Stuffed French Toast, and juice. Nothing that was created disappointed. Everything was very well prepared and packaged nicely to ensure a safe ride to the destination it was going to. My highlight was that French Toast - the fruit was fresh and it was delightful. Interior is ample seating upstairs or downstairs, with social distance seating spacing, and out door seating as well. They even had to group together more table to accommodate everyone that was there. Everything was very clean. Would recommend - pricing is a reflection of presentation and quality. Staff was courteous and hospitable.”

“I wanted to write this review as regards to my appreciation to this one lady. There this lady I believe named Dawn? She is very skinny and has grey hair. The first time I saw her, I thought she was rude, but I was mistaken because it was 7 pm and she was tired. After awhile I came back and started understanding her. I have to say, I appreciate her a lot. Over the pandemic, I have stopped by a lot of times with my mom and we always see her. It makes me happy that she is giving up her time to make sure people like me are fed. I am grateful for all that she have done. Thank you so much!”

“Love this place & the staff at this location are great. The bagels are always delicious & the the smear is the bomb it's definitely a great thing to have on these light airy bagels. “It was 8 December when I went, and it was very busy. It’s probably going to be that way for a while so maybe avoid it if you are in a hurry, but if you’ve got a little bit of time, then this is definitely a place that you should check out. Especially if you happen to be like me and have a sweet tooth plus a weakness for baked goods. The food and all of their baked goods are fantastic! The staff are friendly and they don’t let too many people in at one time just to keep it from being a madhouse inside. I understand they are a company that is based out of California and this is the first time I’ve ever been to one, but my friends all raved about it so I had to check them out. I’m glad I did and I will definitely be going back. If you’ve never tried it I would definitely recommend it and their cakes look just absolutely fantastic as well. I am very excited to try one of them, hopefully in the near future.”

“Drinks are refreshing and reasonably priced. The boba is the best I’ve had in a while! Soft and chewy. If requested, they will let you try a sample of the different teas to help you make your selection. I love the strawberry hibiscus, it’s so refreshing and the sweetness is just right-not too much. I didn’t give 5 stars since their site says they have macarons and that was part of the reason we wanted to come but on our visit of the 8 flavors advertised, they only had Earl Grey. The site does reflect availability may vary by location but having only 1 flavor of the 8 is very disappointing.”

“Five stars for coffee. The foamiest cappuccino and the creamiest latte I've ever had. I had to get seconds with the lavender latte and fiance got the spiced mocha, both were amazing. The spiced mocha was not too chocolatey so the spices really came out without being overpowering. The even have a children's play area (2 story) with a door so you don't have to hear the kids noises if you don't want to. They always have the classical music playing on Sunday mornings for a great ambiance. This must be the hangout McDonald's I noticed. People of all ages go to this one. Very fancy McDonald's branch.”
