Lobster Connection

Absolutely great food. Wonderful service. Fresh seafood, take out or bring home to cook

Small place with live lobsters and basic fried fare. There are a few picnic tables to eat outside in a covered area. Dock space for people coming in on boats from Lake Winnisquam. Quick service, reasonably priced. Eating outside was not great. The area gets hot and the trash barrels get smelly..

Classic New England clam shack. Covered area with picnic tables makes it mostly a take out restaurant (no real dining area). Tie your boat up at their dock and walk a short distance to the place.
Chowder is thick and creamy (some places it's like soup). Clam strips have more flavor but the whole bellies are mild (both are perfect). Lobster roll was packed with meat.
Although listed as "rolls" with the amount of fries and cole slaw it really is a dinner or plate meal.
Onion rings are the way I like them, thin, be light batter and crispy. Yum.

Didn't get lobster this time, but my wife and I both had a clams and scallops plate that were delicious. Always a favorite for great fresh seafood.

I have never eaten here. However, when I want to make a lobster and steamers dinner, this is my go-to place to get my supplies. They will cook the lobsters for you here, if you're the squeamish type or don't have the needed large pot. Everyone is very helpful and I've never had a bad meal that I purchased here. The prices of their lobsters are usually the best around, too!
