“Food was very good. We were there about 9:30 on a Sunday morning. They were efficient in taking orders. The place was packed. I thought they did very well for the crowd, but if you are impatient I am sure you will just make everyone miserable. Sit outside if you can, but realize half of your people will have their backs to the water. This place does have air conditioning.”

“Came here with my mom for lunch and sat out on the patio. It was clean, with friendly service, and had a nice view of Lake Winnipusaukee. The food itself was only okay though. We got the fish and chips (fried haddock and french fries), and the fried jumbo shrimp with crab cakes as an appetizer. I probably liked the shrimp more than anything else. It was a nice little spot to sit and get a good amount of food for the price. Just wish the food was a little better.”

“This particular Dunkin's gets the 3 stars because of its location and it's access & egress. First, the staff is good. They are friendly & quick and deserve to be acknowledged for their service. But for some strange reason, this facility is built in such a way that getting into and out of it is difficult. It's a resort town so the shop is usually busy but the entrance, drive thru and exits all seem to have been poorly planned.”

“This was our annual outing with our two year old New Hampshire grandson. This time we only had ice cream. It was delicious. My wife and I shared a banana split. All three flavors of ice cream were delicious. Blueberry was my favorite. Plenty to share between two. We ordered a twist cone for my grandson. Way to much for him. We filled a cup up and still had plenty left over in the cone. I remember with fond memories the meal we had last year. Those around us that ordered seem to to enjoy their meals. Wait staff was attentive and helpful. The only thing that I would like changed is they have no air conditioning or do not use it. We had extra kids with us last year and neither year could the children or adults eat their ice cream before it melted into a big mess. Grandparents don't mind, but parents throw a fit.”

“Classic lake restaurant with good menu, beer and wine, and friendly service. Went with a party of 7 on 4th of July weekend and there was a wait but not bad. Food took a while but came out hot and tasty. Everyone got something different from fresh lobster, steak tips, to salads and there were no complaints! Recommend for it's classic ambiance, friendly service, and good food.”

“I have lunch almost every Tuesday. The specials are varied and mostly come with a choice of a side. Limited menu overall, especially dessert choices. Food is cooked well and most items are tasty and served warm. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and efficient.”

“OUTSTANDING FOOD! Everything is so fresh. The subs are delicious. For some reason around here, nobody knows how to make a true Italian sub, but this place does. And the pizza! I'm not even a pizza lover, and I love their pizza. Lots of cheese, the crust is delicious, and they have anchovies that a lot of places don't. So nice to have a top quality sub/pizza shop here that isn't chintzy about the quantity. Bravo to these folks!”

“What a treasure. We stumbled upon this place driving back from a vacation in NH. We were unsure about it from the outside, but once inside we knew we were in the right place. The decor of this restaurant is unbelievable. If I were to build a restaurant from scratch it would look exactly like the sheik but rustic Tumbledown. From the bathrooms to the wait staff areas to the booth we sat in, everything was sparkling clean and updated. All that said, we were there for the food which was authentic farm to table cuisine that was light, fresh and tasted great. Even our picky five year old left full and that almost never happens. The server was amazing and treated us like family. All in all, the Tumbledown gave us a fantastic dining experience. Hats off to the owners!”

“Today was Friday Fish Fry. I was not disappointed! The haddock was fresh and flaky and the batter was light & crispy. It came with 6 good-sized pieces of haddock, fries and fresh cole slaw. The waitress was amazing all by herself. She was very busy but still helpful and friendly. The owner, Scott, and his wife were there with friends for the fish fry. They were extremely friendly and spoke with our group until our food arrived. I highly recommend it! The gift/candy shop next door is with a visit too. Especially if you have a sweet tooth. They had everything! The owner, I think, waited on us and she was friendly and helpful too.”

“My boyfriend and I stopped in as we were passing through (on a road trip, we're from Ohio) and the service was excellent, the wait time and price were pretty good, and we loved the pizza! Just got a classic pepperoni and cheese to share, and we especially liked the sweet flavor to the sauce. Great place to swing by!”

“Lino's is a great roadside breakfast and brunch spot in the Lake Winnepesauke area. It has a nice outdoor porch and a lot of indoor seating. They do great eggs, pancakes and other griddle specials. Don't miss the home made muffins and breads which are a must-have”

“BYOB. I had driven by many times and finally had a chance to stop in for dinner, and it was worth the wait! The atmosphere is great and everything is just a little funky, but in a great way. The meal was great and had a generous portion size. The desserts were fantastic and two were just enough to share with four people. BYOB make it easy to have a 3 course meal and not break the bank.”

“Great Maple Sugar shack and craft Baker. Amazing breads and pies and other bakery treats from genuinely good people. The bakery items are available at some of the local farmers' markets as well.”
