Very rustic cabins. Large area, with many choices.
Was here for a wedding and thought the property was incredible. Could not have had more fun
We had looked for quite some time for a wedding venue before we came across Loch Lyme Lodge. And my gosh is it a hidden gem of a place. Jay was an absolutely wonderful person to work with; he answered our questions without delay and helped us in any way he could to put together the wedding of our dreams--low-key, rustic, and lots of room for creativity. Jay provided a huge amount of kid- and adult-friendly activities and was around throughout the day, helping us check in all of our guests and answering any questions that came up. The lake was absolutely beautiful and having the canoes and kayaks there gave us the opportunity to hold a cool triathlon-style race as one of our pre-wedding activities. We had countless compliments from guests saying how incredible the venue was and that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you, Jay, for everything you did to make this happen! Everyone else, please consider Loch Lyme Lodge as your wedding venue. It was the best decision we could have made.
Was a guest at a wedding here taking photos. Absolutely gorgeous place, facilities seemed nice though we did not stay here, as we had to travel home. The staff were accommodating, friendly, good food, nice outdoor setting and the views were beautiful, the band hired was good. The "lodges" seemed nice, though again we didn't stay so we didn't see any inside, the owner/manager was very nice, and helpful with any and all questions. Would definitely recommend this place for a family event, wedding, reception or vacation.
The location was great. You can't beat the view from the lakeside cabin. Our friends did their wedding and reception here and it was great. The after party was held at a bonfire on the property as well. The cabins were rustic and didn't have modern lights or appliances, but that wasn't what we came for anyway. Great place!
