5 Thai Bistro

5 Thai is super quick and super good. My party of 5 was sat right away and the staff was way nice. We had all been to Thai before so didn't need to ask but the staff was on hand and ready to answer questions.

We ordered and the food came pretty quickly. I had the chicken and shrimp green curry and it was super tasty. My party had crunchy Pad Thai and chicken and shrimp pad thai. I tried and both and were both great.

My water glass was filled every time it was empty. They were amazing at noticing when our party had needs. Prices were pretty reasonable as well.

Everything and better than we anticipated. We were passing though traveling from NY to Maine for a week’s vacation. All 4 of us were blown away with the quality of every item we had. Pan fried Pad Thai, Moma’s dumplings, Chicken Larb, and cold shrimp fresh rolls were awesome. Use to have a dish, duck with 3 sauces 30 yeas ago at Bangkok 54 in NYC and asked the waiter, K to make duck with 3 flavors and they accommodated. Very delicious. Had to add a little crushed chilies, but the favor was almost perfect. Chicken with basil leaves was a excellent, but could have added more basil leaves. This is a must visit restaurant if you’re in the area. Don’t miss it.

Just tried this place for the first time. Prices were high for the amount of food you get but it's Portsmouth. Quality definitely stands out. What was extra nice was I met a cute guy at the end from Michigan (Kevin) and we had good conversation. Wish I had gotten his number though! ???? ????????

Fairly new Thai restaurant in Portsmouth, and it is EXCELLENT. Best chicken dumplings you can find! Everyone I have taken there has raves about them. Staff are warm and friendly, and great ambiance. Can’t wait to try more of their food.

We had a fantastic dinner here! The ambience is very warm and welcoming. The service is fast, efficient with the servers being very courteous. We called in to make sure there's no need for a reservation and was given a time line to arrive in order to miss the crowd! The food was so delicious and the portions are made to share. The spice level was just as we ordered!Our whole family loved it here and we are sure to come back.
