“The owners really do try and do the best they can however the shell brand makes it difficult for than from what I was told along with the public stealing things. 8 out of 10 times I have "shell" related issues at this particular Shell location with the pumps in some way or another, from not reading my shell card, not giving me loyalty program points, taking several minutes to allow the pump to start dispensing ( wait a moment displayed )...the list could go on sadly. The location is also uncomfortably dark at night, not good for the owners safety or the customers.”

It has been several years since I have consistently been able to have a great latte, macchiato, iced beverage, or other wise. The Derry location has nailed it! I couldn’t be more delighted. You walk I to this location and are greeted exuberantly by many of the staff. You can see the organization and hard work that goes into each of the products they prepare. “Portsmouth satellite of the main Kittery location, but with a full menu of their awesome & inventive donuts, including their extensive gluten free selection. Flavors change frequently and with the seasons - today they had pumpkin cream cheese, apple bourbon, cranberry Berliner and more. I'd actually forgotten they are vegan, too - you just don't notice. It's takeout only: no toilets, no seating.”

You can tell they've thought a lot about every little detail (and have good taste ☺️) and it is stunning. The food was reflective of that as well. Super high quality, fresh and simply delicious. “I’m so happy the Portsmouth location is now open. I’ve been to the Exeter location but Portsmouth is closer. Yesterday’s lunch was great. I’m now addicted to the new portobello sub. Lots of mushrooms making it a filling vegetarian meal. The staff is always cheery. I complemented a young man, Charlie, as I stood in line at the excellent job he was doing on the grill. He was very efficient and as soon as his grill was cleared of orders, he was scraping it clean. If only all employees had that dedication to their job.”

“We got takeout from here and it really exceeded expectations! The rolls are big and all the ingredients taste really fresh. For 3 people, we got 3 rolls, sashimi, and avocado salad, which was more than enough. My favorites were the eel dragon roll and tiger roll. The avocado salad was also amazing- lots of avocado and crab, not just a bunch of leaves like some places make. The order arrived promptly and looked freshly made, I'll be ordering from here again.”

The 🥪 sandwiches are good and Squamscott Soda 🥤 is sold here. Prices are reasonable for sandwiches, though other products are at convenience store prices. I had a Roast beef 🍖 and Swiss on ciabatta bread. That hit 🎯 the spot! Friendly and fast service. I like the look of the store, especially outside. Gas ⛽ is not sold here. Parking 🅿️ can be a challenge. I recommend a visit.”
