Customers seem to be snobby and most concerned about cutting in front of people... HOWEVER the food here is absolutely fantastic, and the customer service is always top notch. I love their blue berry antioxidant smoothie, everything they make is fresh and made from delicious ingredients. If you have time, and aren't grabbing on-the-go, I would highly recommend taking a few minutes and relaxing upstairs in their beautiful lounge. The atmosphere is charming and rustic- and there is a fire place to keep you warm in the winter.”

“On the whole this is a good location to visit. The lot entry is after the exit on the road . it's a busy location, but still moves well at the drivethru. The only issue I've had is that the men's room toilet is impossible to use while sitting unless you sit crooked on it or are missing your right leg from midthigh down. The toilet paper dispenser is there. It would be a fantastic idea to relocate the toilet paper dispenser to about 6 inches above the handrail for the convenience and comfort of customers...”

“This location seems to always have issues with timing. This morning I ordered a dozen donuts, one coffee with cream and one hot coco. The wait was around 12 minutes after I ordered. I then made my way to the window, At the window I got my two drinks then needed to pull up to the second window for my donuts, which took another 7 minutes there. Order accuracy is always excellent, their ability to make more complex drinks correctly is always Appreciated. Just wish they could move a bit faster.”

“Wow the best Dunkin Donuts in The city of Nashua and I have not had a chance to review the others in the city but I have been to most of them. This location is awesome and the best. I always ask for like extra extra extra extra cream cheese and Sir James got it right the first time I went in. He put it is the system correctly and I complimented him and he was so nice. One of the managers or I think she is a manager Lisa is awesome also she got my order correct the first time I went to drive thru and I thanked her also. I go to a lot of places to review them and to get to know the best of the best so I may be able to go to the best and since needing to be in the area a lot I come to this location now not matter what and even if I am not in the area I make a point to go to this location even if I am on the other side of the city. I have taken a few photos for you all to see. I appreciate good service and I believe good service should be recognized and here I am recognizing this location as being the best of the best and the best service. “Their bakery is open is visible to the customers, which is really fun to see. I love their coffee and pastry selections. They even let you sample the pastries! My favorite time to visit is during the fall, as their pumpkin scones are delicious! They also have lots of fresh bread that you can buy to take home, all different types. I have yet to try their sandwiches, but I hear they are also great. Definitely recommend this cafe!”

Unlike many other drive thrus, this one is fast and the team is friendly and professional. It is a rarity these days to get a "thank you". “I've been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts once I discovered it had the best iced dark roast in town. While it's a training store, and sometimes the service can be a little inconsistent due to the newness of the employees, the folks here are very focused on customer satisfaction and making sure everything is right before you walk out the door. Sometimes a slower store, like this one, will give you better service and I find this to be the case. I'm officially addicted to the cinnamon bun. Hopefully it's not a limited-time item. Actually, I hope it is because I'm going to gain a lot of weight :)”
