“Food is delicious I am very happy and excited to have another great Mexican food restaurant that hold true to the dishes. As soon as we arrived we wheee greeted by the young lady at the counter. We took an outside table to enjoy the weather. We where given complementary ships and salsa was so delicious 🤤. “My husband and I shared the Tomato & Burrata to start our dinner. For the entre, my husband ordered the Filet Mignon and I ordered Duck Breast. Everything was delicious! I also want to mention that the drinks were also great. Mermaid for me and a nice red wine for my husband. We enjoyed not only our meals and the restaurant but the magnificent sunset views. “The owner has posted and, yes, my previous "review" sounded snarky. I apologize. I just wanted to try this place soon and then found out it was in Rio Grande, not Cape May itself. “Had breakfast here today and the food was amazing. Had the Polish Omelette was a great portion and came out pretty fast. The staff is sweet and helpful. The woman running the front of the house I assume is the owner, shes very sweet. And when another patron had an issue she took care of it instantly. Place definitely was busy and fills up pretty quickly, but has extra parking around back. Great place to eat”

“This was my first visit to J's and I found it absolutely delightful. The baked goods were beautifully displayed and reminded me of a bakery I visited in Paris. The creme puff was outstanding. The pastry was light and flaky, and the creme was perfectly sweetened. I believe the price of the items to be quite reasonable. The creme puff is large enough to be shared by two. Nor only would J's be the perfect place to pick up pastries for your family or a special gathering, it would also be a great place to come with a friend and enjoy a good cup of coffee and a wonderful treat.”

“Was here in the evening for a birthday party at the rental space near the bar. The fun continued at The Star after. For a Saturday night it was not crowded at all and it was a gorgeous, low humidity evening to enjoy such a venue. Plenty of seating, along with wonderful cabanas and fire pits to relax around. Family style games are laid out. The prices were okay, about what you would expect to pay. It really is a gorgeous setting and if you’re staying around the vicinity there isn’t a whole lot else to choose from so it’s worth a visit! Gorgeous setting, lighting, fun. It’s probably a beast in the heat or a hot night. But if the atmosphere is cooperating, GO!”

“First tried this place when it opened and WOW! All I can say is that they are now a tradition to visit every time we are on vacation. The breakfast is by far my favorite meal to eat here. “Was here for the Saturday breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch. The buffet had your typical items: scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, bacon, sausage, danishes, and cereal. Food was hot and fresh. Sunday brunch was good, 3 course with appetizer, entree, and dessert. The food and service were good on both visits. It was overpriced for what you got.”

“I can't say enough nice things about Fitzpatrick's Crest Tavern. Lots of beer choices. Great food, a cut above your usual pub grub, efficient service, well lighted, plenty of TVs, popular prices, and best of all, sparkling clean. Friendly local crowd. We were just looking for some place for quick bite in the beer, but we ended up spending over 3 hours at Fitzpatrick's. We will be back.”

“Probably one of the best crab houses I've been to. Crabs were delicious and the service was great. I really appreciated the fact that we ordered all you can eat crabs and we were given a large portion right from the start. We didn't have to keep asking for more and waiting for a new batch to be cooked. Will definitely be coming back”

“We had a good lunch here on a rainy day! My husband had a crab cake sandwich ($16) which he reported was mostly lump crab. He also commented that the Cole slaw served with it was exceptionally good. Also nice variety of beer on tap. I had a crab salad with grilled summer vegetables over arugula with goat cheese. While it was good flavor ($16), the goat cheese and grilled veggies overpowered the crabmeat. I really could t tell the difference when I ate it. Also not that much crab, mostly goat cheese. The service was excellent, and the view is worth going there for! I would go again but probably order something else!”
