“This place has been open since August 2018, my wife and I just stopped in for a quick breakfast and wanted to try a new place. We were pleasantly surprised. The decor is very different from other diners in the area, the outside has a very Gotham city look, black castle like look to it. The inside is like something out of a fairy tale. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't been, but it is beautiful. Now the food. Its delicious. We had basic diner fare, but it's done to perfection. The coffee is not weak, the sides are very tasty, and the entrees we had were amazing. This is a great place for a family night out, a date, or just a quick bite. We will definitely be going back to try more tasty options on their menu.”

“Authentic Mexican, inexpensive, casual, good food, convenient parking. Nice, neighborhood place serving mostly Latino community with home style Mexican cooking. Large, safe, municipal parking lot allows easy access through rear entrance. On last visit, beef and shrimp tacos were very good, but salsa that came out with chips was absolutely thin of ingredients and watery--sent it back and waitress politely replaced it with guacamole at no charge. I like Benji's and will return.”

Located right in the heart of West Orange, it’s a good option for the entire surrounding area. Food quality and preparation is above and beyond many Italian-American establishments in the area, and the portions are perfect. I’ve been to many similar establishments in Livingston and West Orange and was always looking for something new with a different feel to it. This place is everything you look for in a hometown Italian-American style restaurant and the staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed. And definitely try the chicken savoy and clams in white wine sauce, both are incredible!”
