The food was amazing!! To be honest I was not expecting it to be. I guess because it's a brewing. Everything was amazing!!! Order the nachos !!!

There are a few reasons why this place is not as good anymore.
The food has really gone downhill. My husband and I went here regularly for date nights and their options have only become more limited with time. Not the only bad thing on the menu that has gone downhill, but probably the worst... It was our typical after dinner treat—we would usually get the hanger steak salad and dessert, and sometimes drinks. The hanger steak salad was prepared with delicious ingredients, somehow over the course of a couple of weeks they started serving it on an iceberg lettuce wedge, boiled eggs and a thousand island dressing. Not worth what you pay for at all. I felt like I was at a family reunion, eating someone’s terrible salad I had to pretend to like, or tolerate.
The food is never the staffs fault and the staff was very helpful and friendly in this situation. Their front of house/hosts+ and bartenders are pleasant as well.
We only had one bad experience with a staff member. He treated my husband and I like we weren’t going to tip him, sat the check down in front of us, circled the tip section, and said, “...and that’s where you’ll leave the tip.” It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We always tip, always, at least 20%, sometimes way more if we see fit. He barely came to our table, we overheard him talk to the other staff about us, and when he did, he was rude and short with us. He would not even give us the time of day. He honestly didn’t even deserve to have his job, but it wasn’t my place to decide that, erring on the side of human error, I let it go, and now wish I would’ve spoken to a manager about it, but I don’t feel it would’ve helped his perception at all.
Any other time, the staff has been perfectly pleasant.
On a better note, their selection of alcohol is fantastic!

Such a great space and great location. You cannot tell from the outside that it's spacious. Beers we're amazing! Excellent service.

Great brew pub in Princeton with a solid and diverse selection of beers. Bar area is split between two levels. Didn't have a chance to try the food but huge fan of the Winter Wonder and the Imperial Stout. Awesome atmosphere.

Solid place and a reliable choice. The food is excellent - I had the salmon sliders and ate every crumb, everyone else at the table loved their entrees as well. The beer is good too - get a flight! Very cool space with interesting places to sit. Service was attentive but our waiter kept trying to sell us on more beer (especially the high dollar limited edition stuff) which rubbed me the wrong way. But overall worth the trip.
