Great fast casual Mexican. It has more character than the average chain with a greater variety of proteins and toppings. Very cool decorations/murals and a nice ambiance. I got a burrito with pork. Also tried the grilled corn. Everything was top notch and prepared fresh. The tortilla chips were excellent as well. Definitely one of the top quick options in Princeton and hopefully they open up some more locations!

There is an ever growing world of Mexican restaurants with passable fare - gone are the days of having to resort to "fast food" Mexican food. Tacoria represents a peak in Mexican food experience. Fast, yet not fast tasting. The food and the service make you want to savor every bite, to relax, and take it all in. The staff is delightfully friendly, the atmosphere is "hip," the food is delicious, and the experience is enough to bring you back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The nachos are delicious. The fried avocado is yummy. Vegetarian options available. A great rustic atmosphere with great artwork. I definitely recommend this place.

Tacoria has a tight menu of Tex-Mex favorites made with high-end ingredients and a wide range of homemade salsas and brand-name hot sauces. The tacos are excellent (try the Brussels sprout or fried avocado taco), but the nachos are the read standout. For the nachos, you can choose from the several meat or vegetarian toppings or any combination of them.

A cool #atmosphere with some tasty food. The portions are smaller than what you’ll find at most other places with the same cuisine, and they don’t have a huge menu, but what they do have is good. Was able to go in the evening on a weekday with a small group of friends and find seating. Worth checking out.
