Consistently great impossible and beyond burgers. Comes with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and some special sauce I believe. Fast service. Fries are good. A little pricey but worth it for the relatively expensive product and high quality. (Easily better than the Burger King's Impossible Whopper) 1/2 price Beyond/Impossible Burgers on Mondays, which is an awesome deal. Fries/cajun fries are also delicious. Simple menu helps to ensure an effective business model and quick quality-controlled food. Like some other places on Nassau St. The music is frequently too loud though, making it uncomfortable to stay there for a conversation or reading.

Diesel and Duke does one thing extremely well, burgers. The burger is flavorful and moist. The fries are crisp on the outside but pillowy on the inside. This combination produces some of the best burgers and fries in N.J. I rate them a 100% empty plate.

A great burger that's fast and flavorful. And finally some place to get peanut butter on a burger! They actually overcharged me for cheese, but made up for it in a instant. Worth stopping by if you're at Princeton.
