We both ordered pizza's and they we're sufficient portions to feed more than just two people. The sauce was a little sweet for my taste buds, but the overall experience was fantastic. “Breakfast pizza. You had me at, “breakfast pizza.” Very cute little place, great menu with lots of interesting options. The homemade peach iced tea had an actual slice of peach it it. Delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed that pizza. Perfect balance of flavors. My husband had the avocado toast with a poached egg. Nice bright flavor. He’d get it again. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s a nice, family spot, and a great option in that part of town.”

Wish I were more honest, but the food was very average, not worth the price point esp for lunch. The recommended tater tots seemed refried twice and were extremely dense and tough (sauce was good though). The chicken and waffles - waffles were great, but the chicken seemed overdone, stringy and very dry. The kale salad was a lot of work to eat as they did not remove the stems. Would be better if they had a lunch special - like a soup and salad option. Would definitely retry after a few months to see if they work out the issues.”

“I'm absolutely sure I don't agree with the last review. I was there tonight for dinner and drinks with a group of people. The burgers were huge and juicy. The fries were to die for. My friend had the Anita sandwich that was out of this world. I understand that it may not be the gourmet Italian restaurant, but it is a great local watering hole where you can come in have a drink and spend time with some real people. It's about time North Haledon has a place for locals to go. Also, forgot his name but the guy with the fedora was a class act. From the greeting he gave, to ensuring we felt like VIPs, to the heartfelt "hope to see you again". He's not the owner but I sure hope the owner understands this guy is truly a people pleaser. ”
