“This place is a fine place to stop for ice cream. Ordering food seems to take forever and they don’t seem set up for it. During my most recent visit, I ordered a custard cone that I paid more than $4 for. Definitely my mistake for not specifying a size, but she didn’t ask and I don’t know what I was given for that price but it was very small, like 2 inches tall from the top of the cone. While we were there business really picked up and the 2 kids behind the counter were clearly flustered. I think an adult manager on duty would be really helpful.”

A fish Reuben on a brioche bun didn't seem like a right choice for me at least. The prices were good for a typical diner. We'd give it another try for dinner or maybe breakfast is their forte.”

The night we went was Prime Rib night and the dinner included soup or salad, entree, two sides, and dessert for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and you'll enjoy your trip there.”

“Very nice staff. It's a noisy environment when there are a lot of people. There's nothing to absorb the sound. Wood floors, hard furniture, but all tastefully done. Just kinda loud. We all ordered the pistachio crusted scallops. They were very "crusted" . They seemed fried, but could have been baked. Too much crust for a delicate scallop. I would not order it again. I love beet salad, and theirs is very good. Overall, is was okay but it wouldn't hit the top of my list for a must have night out. But some of the entrees might rate higher.”
