“Perfect place if you’re looking to have some authentic South Indian food! The Dosa taste same like home made and the biryani was flavor full. In picture veg biryani and sambar vada.”

“Nice and big place to sit and study. Very limited parking. Kept very warm, if you like that. Staff was nice. They were fully masked both times I went in, so if that is something you like, that is happening here December 2023. Be careful leaving, as the drive-through is super busy all day and people aren't that careful. Drive-through moves pretty fast, so that is appreciated on a work day.”

“The food is New Mexican style. Filled with flavor, but not too spicy. This restaurant is located in the hotel, so the spiciness is catered to a palette that is not accustomed to hot chile.”

“Hi I'm retired executive chef CarmineCerbone. My lady and I stopped in today for lunch. She had a lettuce wrap green chili burger. She loved it. It was tasty and cooked very good. I had a cup of green chili stew and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Cooked to perfection.the stew was above average with the perfect amount of everything.Tasty and delicious. The service was above average and the young lady has a perfect disposition for her job. Can't wait to go back. We rate this cafe a 10 out of ten in all categories.”

“Excellent place to go for a good meal, meet with friends and family, and have a good tasting beer! Vast menu and the food is way above the usual bar types. Their homemade beers are very good and the service is great! Lot's of seating inside and outside with plenty of TV's to watch.”

“Wow! This was the best BBQ I've had and then with a New Mexican twist. AMAZING. The meats were not only smoked to perfection but put together in a way that will blow your mind. I will be seeking out this truck for my BBQ fix from now on!”

“A friend and I came for the dragon themed tea party and had a delightful time! Overall the vibe of the shop is super cozy, cute, and welcoming— I enjoyed the little coloring cup with cutouts of dragons and cats that was at the table when we arrived :) The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable and there was no trouble accommodating dietary restrictions in our party. The tea is top quality, from NM Tea Company, and the options for pairing with the food are well thought out. The food was both adorable AND delicious, which I feel like is a rare combination! I am plant based and appreciated that there was both a full plant based menu offered for the tea party and also that pretty much all of the pastries in the case at the counter for a la carte orders were plant based as well (I definitely will be back for a little breakfast treat since I work nearby!). We both definitely plan on coming back for another tea party in the future!”

“I just ordered my food before I meant to come here a year or two ago and I went to padillas Mexican restaurant instead because it looked a little smaller and more quaint. This place is really incredible. I’m so excited to be here. I’ll probably eat here every day. The guy that took my order I had to stand in line. It was really nice and really friendly. Also there’s a little bit of parking behind the restaurant but if you go through the alley, they have 45 minute parking just don’t give the beggars any money. Place is super clean. Looks like they’ve served 2000 people here today. By the way, I walked in here at 7 o’clock at night. Nobody was in line, and I walked right up to the young man to place my order and the food came out right away. They have homemade flour tortilla that’s incredible. I had the taco and enchilada with rice and beans highly recommend.”

“I was very disappointed with this place. We went because of the good reviews and because of my never-ending search for a decent croque monsieur outside of France. The croque monsieur here was the worst yet. It was basically a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and not even a particularly good one. Our other food was mediocre too, but they did have outdoor seating, so we could eat with our dog, which is always a plus.”

“Parking is scattered and the restaurant is very chaotic at first glance, but once you figure out where to order and how their systemworks, it's all uphill. Food was amazing. Pizza was the best I've had in the west!!! Chicken Alfredo and fried ravioli are also must try! Be sure to check out the vibrant art on the walls, statues and the plants.”

“Went there for some mediterranean food while I was visiting Albuquerque. The most cozy place. The staff were so hospitable. Best Chicken Shwarma I ever had. Plus their signature sauce was cherry on top. Definitely recommend everyone to try it.”

“Stopped by for the first time today and will definitely be back for more! The vibe here is fantastic and the menu is full of delicious choices. I'm excited to try them all! The falafel, hummus and pita were my favorite things today, but everything was tasty. I brought home baklava and soup for later and both were on point. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this gem of a restaurant. Well done, Gyros Mediterranean! This place is perfection.”

“Last year I wrote a bad review my husband and I decided to try again and I was hesitant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. She was kind and helpful I'm glad they've improved with their employees because these donuts are amazing and melt in your mouth! So damn good. We're definitely making this our Sunday morning stop.”

“El Mero Mero makes the best tacos! They are the only place I've found here that actually puts pineapple in their Tacos Al Pastor! They are a food truck that can be found at the corner of Carlisle and Candelaria Wednesday through Saturday from 6pm to 11pm. They are always crowded so the wait for the food is about 30 minutes but it is so worth it! I get the Taquitos Al Pastor from El Mero Mero and a Mango con crema from El Merito which is another food truck right next to them.”

“I was in a party of four at 1130am on the Friday before Christmas. The restaurant was very busy, but we got a table quickly. One in our party explained that he dined at this restaurant rather frequently, but this was my first visit. I had the beef enchiladas with eggs and red chile. Two in our party ordered sandwiches while the other person in our party had huevos rancheros. Everyone was happy and satisfied with their food orders. One in our party explained that this restaurant has the best pasole in Albuquerque, and all their soups were delicious. My enchiladas and eggs were delicious. The staff were very friendly. We felt the food was a good value for the large portions. I hope to dine here again soon, and I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“What a little Gem. Wonderful food, great service, clean and well lit. I had the bowl of Green chilie with beans, cheese and onions. My wife had a couple of tacos and all or it was like I was back home in northern New Mexico. The chillie was not to spicy for me and the heat lingered in my pallet for a little while after we left. $24 lunch with all the flavor was well worth every penny. I will be back!! Count on it!”

“So glad everywhere else was closed on Sunday so that we could find this place by chance. It's amazing! Food was incredible and the atmosphere was very quaint and lovely. We'll definitely be back! They were able to make sure that my burrito was able to be vegetarian and didn't charge extra for beans as replacement.”

“We were there for a promotion. If we had to pay, I'm not convinced I would have given 1 star. The pizza was like styrofoam with ketchup and dehydrated cheese on it. How hard is it to get a halfway decent pizza and sell it? I think I would have given 4 stars if they gave us a Tony's pizza instead.”

“We need to remember that people wanting to work to take care of us R working. To say there’s no service here has not had Paul as a waiter! One man show and still made us feel welcomed w a smaller. The food is 4+ on taste and servings are plentiful. Ask for Paul for that he cares attitude. Thanks for the (literally) running to take of us 10+”

“Friends Coffee & Sandwich Shop is a hidden gem here I Albuquerque😁 It's small and quaint but it is all you need for a quick delishious breakfast or brunch little meal. The breakfast burritos are amazing and they have a variety of snacks/pastries. Also the owners are very polite and will make you laugh. So all that said I definitely recommend you stumble into this gem and take my word, because you won't be disappointed 😎”

“Truly one of the greatest spots in the entire state. I had the second best meal of my entire life here, second only to Etiope Gondor in Madrid. Always fresh, always organic, always a delight.”
