“First time trying this place out as it was recommended. Sadly, I was not impressed. First of all, my Girlfriend ordered the Chicken Pho and asked for a simple request, to have the broth be spicy. That was rejected. Then her chicken was chunks of chicken that had an off taste, as if it was seasoned too much. In our experience, it's better if the chicken is shredded. So she didn't like it. I toyed to order the spicy Beef pho but was told they did not have any. So my plan B was the Seafood Pho. I wasn't impressed with it. I was hoping for a better experience but was let down. Won't be coming back.”

“My son and I stopped by on their opening day. The employees made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. From holding the door for us, to greeting us, to smiling, and actually seeming genuinely pleased that we were there. They took our order, answered any questions we had, and smiled. “Visited this restaurant during the height of COVID in NM while traveling across the US from FL. We had been traveling for several weeks in our RV and had the chance to personally experience how different states and different restaurants throughout those states were handling the pandemic. If any restaurant needs training in how to manage the food service business during a pandemic, they should look to this restaurant for guidance. From mask and glove wearing to social distancing and the use of disposable plates, utensils, and cups, they were doing everything by the book! And to top it off, it looked like you could eat off of the carpet! Now to the food and drinks....delicious tapas and sangria! Wish we could take the restaurant and staff with us on the rest of our trip!!”

My only complaint was my Mom and I were seated in a corner area and the patron who was sitting behind us kept leaning his chair back and bumping it behind my chair throughout our entire meal.
