“I spend several months out of the year in Rodeo, NM. I was excited to see a food truck in town and looked forward to trying it. The food is so tasty and well presented that a friend who scoffs at anything vegan tried a breakfast burrito at my urging. Since my spouse is not remotely vegan and agreed that the food was terrific, the friend took the suggestion to heart. Our friend said that if someone cooked food like that for him all of the time, he would have no problem giving up meat. Everything we've tried at Migration Taco has been delicious. You get plenty of food for a fair price. If you are within a 100-mile radius from Rodeo, NM, you should stop by.”

“Restaurant has amazing food to say the least. Can tell the local food goes into it. The entire staff is in my opinion some of the best staff I've seen in some time. Grocery area had a decent selection for the area in my opinion with the willingness to accommodate to special requests. Like selling us a single bun cuz we only needed 1 not the entire pack.
