“El Vado RV Park has a DINER!!! El Vado Diner! They are getting their feet under them and lots of plans for future additions! You will not be disappointed in the portions! The Friday night special of Fish and Chips arrived to the table with THREE huge, in-house battered cod, potatoes and slaw for $15. Marlo (El Vado Diner's chef) greeted us and brought our water, we didn't know he was the chef until we asked who prepared our yummy meal and our server told us. It is exciting to have a restaurant OPEN for dinner in northern New Mexico (Tierra Amarilla/Chama area) and judging from the number of customers on this visit, so are A LOT of people! Another customer told us they came in for lunch earlier in the week and the burrito was outstanding! Definitely looking forward to the next visit! El Vado Diner is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, be SURE to check them out for a date, when company is in town or you're just hungry!”

Another customer told us they came in for lunch earlier in the week and the burrito was outstanding! Second Friday night visit had a special of Prime Rib with garlic mashed potatoes! And the next Friday night visit they offered Chicken or Pork enchilada casserole. And, yes, keep going back for more, you will, too!
