Church's Texas Chicken

Used to love me some Church's.
Now it's too breaded. Guess I have changed.
However, the atmosphere is dirty and grimy. And while the servers do have smiles on their faces, I watched mistake after mistake on people's orders.

The cashier taking our order was friendly and efficient. We got our food quickly. We ate there since an attempt at taking it to go resulted in very cool food. Unfortunately, the food was warm but not hot and by the time we were done, the fries were cold as was the chicken. The biscuits were both a bit tough. It was an OK meal but we likely won't be back.

The Chicken at this location is fresh, hot, and delicious!!! I had a big order and not one item was left out. Anytime I go to any fast food chain I expect, at least, one item to not be in my bag. Not at this Church's Chicken. At this location the team really pays attention to detail. The customer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal so I could save money. The employees here all work together as a team and support each other. I witnessed the team communicating, working hard, and making the customer number one! I appreciate the whole team. Thank you!
