Also note Desert Diamond is open an hour later than other restaurants in Socorro. Worth a trip whether you are local or just passing by on highway 85.”

“I stop here for a quick meal. I like how the place was set up. Only thing i didn't like was the service was slow it took around 40 minutes to get my food. The burger i got was the mountain man burger it was good. But what I liked the most was the dessert i got the gluten free lava cake it was very very good. also i like that they have so many options for wine to pick on. And they have a wine store next to the restaurant for you to pick a wine of your preference. Fun fact if you didn't know they Open this restaurant In 2011.”

The only thing was that they charge you for any sauce you order. Like if you ask for ketchup for your fries, that costs $1. BBQ sauce, that's $1 too. Restaurant and restrooms were fairly clean, they could use a little attention but this was after the breakfast rush so it might not be typical. Service was very pleasant and helpful but a little slow. Food was very good. Portions are huge, two breakfast burritos are almost impossible to finish even though they were excellent. Recommend for a no frills great meal.”
