    The Wake and Take’s food is delicious — the dishes are well thought out in proportion and flavor. This place is special and major go-to — there’s nothing you can order here that doesn’t hit the spot. Healthy, filling, and delicious . There is indoor and outdoor seating , the space is clean and child-friendly . Everyone who works here brings something special to the table and I am always made better by interacting with staff here — This spot is filled with a lot of love and intention and it shows ! Thank you Wake and Take for bringing your health and happiness to Arroyo Seco !

    1. Dragon smoothie was Incredible!!!!!!
    2. Avocado toast- to die for!!!
    3. Loved the Hot Yoga pressed juice!
    4. Decaf mocha coffee... rancid!!! Tasted like hot water & bitter dark chocolate, that’s it. The counter girl had attitude and initially refused to exchange.
    Disappointing! The last few coffees I had from Wake & Take were good & the workers friendly. Fire the girl? blondish hair & eyeglasses. Worked today Sat. June 11th 11:30am.

    Really fresh and delicious burrito that was perfect for the meal of the day. White beans, tempeh bacon and more warm crisp bits made me so happy. Great iced coffee and nice folks plus picnic on the lawn tables.

    Sooooo yummy! I got one of the wraps. I forgot which one but it had quinoa, broccoli, kale, and avocado with this INCREDIBLE sauce. 13/10. Will go back again. 🌞🌙🕊🌈
