    BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS.
    Every. Single. Item.
    Every. Single. Purchase.

    Taos location -
The bread here is nearly from another world - it is completely amazing. Makes the BEST toast/toasted sandwiches and comes in a really well-thought out variety of flavors. Bet it would make fantastic homemade croutons.

My guess is that the bread freezes well (never tried it, we eat it fast!). It is also quite sturdy so it would likely travel/pack well. (Note: We store our bread in the fridge, not sure if the bakery folks think this is a good idea or not, but it works for us and keeps it fresh much longer.)

Their sweet items are exactly just right. Nothing is toooo sweet or sugary but sweet enough and full of flavor.
    Cookies - perfection.

    Would give 1,000 stars.

We come once a week to stock up on bread and pastries, I've never had anything from here that wasn't delicious! The chocolate chip spelt cookies and the chili pecan cookies are our favorite. The staff are friendly and informative and it's cool to see them working and preparing when we stop in.

We just had a green chili cheese croissant and a gf muffin. The croissant buttery and flakey and the green chili was flavorful with a slight hint of heat. The muffin was delicious. Yum!

What a great bakery in this beautiful town! The bread is on par with bread from more urban places like Los Angeles or Pasadena (Seed Bakery). They have delicious savory pastries such as the green chile croissant. The gluten free bread is also one of the best I've had in a while.
You can tell that the bakers take their baking seriously: it feels like a monastery inside-super quiet and mellow.
If you're in town and looking for nutritious and delicious bread then look no further.

Go here. Seriously if you are considering going here, do it!!! I got the green Chile croissant on a whim (we came looking for a green Chile cheddar loaf but came too late in the day) and came back the next day to have another one! Great lamination on the croissant, the green Chile was just spicy enough to cut through some of the fat of the croissant. So so so delicious! Can’t wait to visit again!
