“Delicious food in a serene, tree covered setting. The staff were attentive and made thoughtful recommendations. There were 4 of us for lunch. We had three different salads, each large and rich in flavor, and the burrata with bacon and tomato with a yummy chili sauce. The drink selection was huge. We tried 4 different tea based ice drinks. They were also large and tasty! We'll definitely be back!”

“I usually enjoy my meal but today my green chili con carne was mush and I asked for a couple over medium eggs on top and they were over easy so I didn't eat much of my food and I was really disappointed because I usually don't judge the waitress on the food since that is out of their control but they didn't even bother to ask if everything was ok when they saw my bowl was barely touched. I'm attaching better pictures of the menu. They have lots of yummy desserts and lunch bag specials for work on the go.”

“Absolutely beautiful historical hotel. Everything was very clean, the owner of the hotel was so nice, friendly and accommodating. She let my sister and Me sit and play the piano in the lobby for well over an hour. I am already looking for an excuse to.come.stay here again.”

“Clean, friendly, accurate and above and beyond. The eating area as well as the restrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my order. I was trying to order a different kind of drink and the barista was very helpful. She was also helpful in showing me a cup and recommending it. Where they went above, I asked if I could use my new cup and they washed it poured my drink in it and gave me the extra in a small cup. All this in a reasonable amount of time, willingly and friendly. Thank you very much!!!”

“Worth taking a detour for this iconic place. It's like walking back in time, the only thing missing is the waitresses don't lick their pencil before they write down your older. Great food, fair prices. Get the green chile sauce - spicy and flavorful without being a burner.”

“This place is such a hidden gem! The cafe itself is really cute and charming. I had the hot pig and fig sandwich. It was fantastic- the fig jam was a perfect pairing with the ham and brie. They also have an interesting list of cocktails and a bunch of yummy desserts.”

“Whatever I've said about jalapeno bagels being my favorites is long gone. I have found the perfect bagel, and that is the green chile bagel, specifically from Ruby K's in Los Alamos. My intention was to stop in this cute little cafe for just a regular bagel and butter but after surveying the menus for a moment I realized I needed to try one of their signature sandwiches. I chose to belly up to the "Up & Atom" (eggs and sausage topped with salsa and melted cheddar cheese on a green chile bagel, $5.69). The namesake derives from the town's popular Manhattan Project National Historical Park Visitor Center just across the street. Holy wowza, this bagel was DA BOMB (get it?). The bagel itself was SPICY, the egg super moist and the sausage bursting with flavor. I loved the salsa and there was plenty of cheddar. I'm sure Ruby's got some other kickass goods on her menu but if you ask me, this sandwich has gotta be one of the best picks. It's just SO GOOOOD! Also, I appreciated the complementary orange muffin. The sugar served as a great contrast to my spicy sammy.”

“Nice and modern. Super clean, decent customer service, good drinks. I will admit, I sure do miss the old location. But, I don’t mind it here. It’s certainly pretty to look at but kind of a weird spot. Anyway, it not bad. I’ll still be coming back. Just takes time to adjust is all.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about this Starbucks! The staff are always friendly and offer amazing customer service: from answering questions to filling a special request, they will do their best to accommodate you. Española doesn’t have many coffee options but even if it did, I’d still choose this Starbucks location. ☕️ Edit: drove through town today and stopped by and it’s STILL a fantastic location! Shoutout to George, who seems to know exactly what will make my order even more perfect. Wish I could give this place ten stars!!”

“We struggle to find quality dining in Gallup in our trips to CA and back. This one is a winner. We ordered a burger and a cheese enchilada plate. The enchiladas were small, which was fine for my big fat butt, but everything was tasty and the ingredients were all very fresh. We had an excellent and extremely friendly server. The whole restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean and well kept. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I originally ordered the brisket salad, but the waitress later came back and told me the kitchen was out. Despite of not having my first choice, the black bean burger was delicious! Compared to other black bean patties, Ancient way cafe’s burger was more solid and hefty as a a patty should be consisting black bean and corn. The fresh tomatoes, purple onions, and cucumber toppings was a major plus.”

“This place is a total gem in Taos! I love swinging by for a morning pastry or burrito (I love the vegetarian). The staff is always delightful and kind. They have a well stocked selection of treats, fresh ready to go lunches and great coffee. It’s in a lot with some other shops so it may be hard to see (across the road from 5 Star Burgers), but totally worth checking out!”

“The ice cream is wonderful. It's actually yummy. I went to a place in Santa Fe that had great reviews, tried three different ice creams and each was really bad. That experience hurt my confidence in trusting reviews, but Mint Chip is so good. The mint chip and coconut is delicious. The lemon poppy was good, but not for an entire two scoops for me. The rose was surprisingly not bad. The lavender honey was also good, but again wouldn't get more than a scoop like the lemon.”

“We were on a road trip and found Jerry’s randomly. I’m glad we did! Starting with the chips and salsa it was really good and fresh tasting. Our meals were all excellent and the portions are massive. If you leave hungry it’s your fault. I had Miguel’s delight and the enchiladas were great. Everyone at our table was completely happy Service from the waitress was great. The wait to get seated was long and the hostess seemed to have forgotten about us for a bit but the food was worth the wait.”

“We were recently staying in Angel Fire and discovered this delightful place to eat. The food was truly outstanding!! The best breakfast sandwiches, quiche, smoothies and coffees. They even make their own flavored drinks. I had a Lavender Lemonade that was yummy and gorgeous. The couple that own and run the cafe are so friendly and put a lot of great care into creating the food. We ended up going back more than once. Try it!”
