“Ok. This was such a treat for a self proclaimed Foodie. All the details matter and they were there. Beautiful woodwork, place settings, glasses, silverware, and of course scarlet knife with the main meal. Wait staff was impeccable. Bathrooms were pristine. Very easy access for any physical limitations. The kitchen viewing station is super cool. I didn't need one with my meal, but it was cute. The price point is higher then average, but very acceptable for the concept of up scale locally sourced. The menus are complete. Fairly extensive wine list, limited but the glass. Wine pairing with main meals is a very nice touch. Appetizers were delicious. Too much broth with the shrimp. The fries were incredible. But just a tiny bucket of mayo alongside... maybe a fancy mayo or a different sauce. I would have just done all small plates, but had to try the main courses. Beautifully plated. Nice dishware. Attentive to when I was done and took the plate away for my left overs to be plated not in my face. Good portions. Limited info on food allergies and no gluten free dessert except ice cream, was a little limiting. If you have a separate pastry chef, there needs to be a gluten free & vegan option in this current climate. Their is a separate dessert room which is really cool. To be able to come for drinks and dessert. I hope they do really well. It's a beautiful space and will definitely encourage people go.”

“Amazing tacos!! My husband and I have been ordering from here almost every weekend. It's been our go to for Sunday football food. The tacos are so good especially with the cheesy crunch shell. I get the veggie tacos which are amazing and my husband loves the meat combo tacos. The street corn is also great and the newly added queso has now made it into our regular order. “Tried for the first time tonight at Guilderland location. Decent food. I wasn’t blown away but it’s okay! Reminded me of a homemade version of a shake shack burger. Burger was too thin & lacked flavor to me. I had more lettuce & bread than meat. Great prices though for what you get. Fries were hot but get cold & kinda greasy quick since they’re so thin. Not sure I would go often.”

“Great burgers and a simple menu to order from. Not too many options but their burgers are incredible. Most of the orders were take outs but they do have sitting arrangements. The burgers have thin patties which i absolutely love! and they recommend you get the double patties so I did. It was perfectly cooked and it was juicy and there was enough sauce on the burgers. The fries are fantastic its crispy its thin exactly the way i like them. I went for a split shake with chocolate and banana as flavours but they made a mistake and gave me chocolate and vanilla but I didn’t want to bother them to change it because they were busy and that can happen. The prices were very reasonable and the good thing about theme they are open till late.”

“I went to the Lark Tavern today for the first time since it reopened. It was amazing. First, it's absolutely beautiful inside! It is welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with a warm hello by Keith. My friend and I shared the nachos and a basket of fries. Food was delightful, ambience was fantastic. Beer list was nice! Something for everyone.
