“I've eaten here several times. The salad bar, chicken, fish, ham and other meats are good. Once in awhile you get a tough piece of steak. The fruits inside salads are almost always good. Mushrooms and most of vegetables are good but the green beans and corn are can products. On the weekends the breakfast buffet is always good. What I don't like about the buffet is the taco meats and pasta. The desert area always seems messing and during peak hours the salad bar gets messy. They need to stay on top of cleaning up after the guest. The two things I say really don't like are the bathrooms let you never see the manager on the floor. If the manager was walking the floor more often and giving his employees a hand the presentation of the salad bar would be a lot better. So if you're looking for a huge variety and don't have the time to wait to eat the Golden Corral is the place for you.”

“We usually visit late on the weekends but we have to say the service is ALWAYS outstanding. One of the few places left in the Capital District that actually appreciates you as a customer. They know there are a million "pizza joints" you can visit and they are glad you're there. Always courteous. Always friendly. Now, we've only had the pizza there but it is outstanding. It's not because we don't trust anything else but because it's quick. We pop in and out because it's usually late. What's great is that those that need the pork free options, they have them! We can't figure it out but for some reason, the display size is even better than the regular extra-large so we buy that. We love this place, its staff and food are unmatched! And no, they didn't incentivize us for this review. They have no idea it was coming or maybe that it's here. This was an honest review to show our appreciation back!”

The pair working there were polite and efficient, though neither of them seemed to want to be there. I can understand that, though. “It was my first time ever actually entering a Kohl's. I was super impressed by the quality of the brands and clothing and shocked how cheap they were. The store was very clean and organized. I bought a pair of Docker's boat shoes. The service was average. No one approached me for help. The cashier was unfriendly towards me when I asked what a Kohl's card was - a points card or credit card. He nearly misled me into applying for one when I figured out it is was a credit card which I didn't want. He wasn't too thrilled about that.”

“Some of the better Chinese fare I have tried while in the States - I say this very subjectively but this is about the closest to authentic Chinese food in the area. Dishes taste relatively okay, fried rice doesn't taste the most authentic but is passable nonetheless. Food is prepared fresh in restaurant - it doesn't sit in a heating tray for several hours. Outdated restaurant in general - the interior doesn't look particularly pleasing to the eye. Friendly staff, able to speak English, Mandarin and Hokkien (and Spanish IIRC). Fairly good wait times for a restaurant that prepares fresh food. Hardly the typical Chinese restaurant designed to fool Americans.”

“Good yogurt. The catch here is the one size huge cups. Since you pay per ounce, you must be careful not to overfill your cup. It would be better if they offered small, medium and large cups, especially for the kids. The yogurt may boast about being healthy, but the toppings are not! After putting toppings on frozen yogurt, the weight increases and when you weigh in to pay it is pricey.”
