People will sometimes use the alternative entrance closest to wolf road letting in a draft of cold air which is located right next to where people eat. They should lock this door during the winter!”

“Who doesn't love Dunkin' Donuts? However, if your hot beverage comes with a lid on it, check under the lid before purchasing to make sure you got a full cup. My fav drink is the vanilla chai latte but time and again when I look under the lid I notice that my cup is only two-thirds full. This is unacceptable when a medium costs over $3. Buyer beware!”

“Excellent service, good food. Our waitress, Emily, was fantastic. She helped us navigate the menu and answered every question we had. We had the BBQ ribs, enchiladas and steak and mashed potatoes. All of us enjoyed the entrees. The salads were very fresh and the cheesecake was excellent. Very reasonably priced as well. Nice place.”

“The food is incredible. It's a hole in the wall place on the back portion of the first floor of an office building. Lunch entrees ran 8-10$. My SO and I will get at least another 1-2 meals off ours, and it was fantastic. We had the koshari and stuffed grape leaves. Incredible quality for the price. The koshari is their signature dish, and it is vegetarian as well.”

The girl, who I hadn't seen before refused the snack. I tried to explain that's what the meal includes but all she kept saying was no. Finally the other worker stepped in and corrected her. It was more embarrassing that we were arguing over a cookie, than anything but people should get what they're paying for.”

“I had a steak that wasn't cook the way I liked it and the manager got me another steak just the way I liked it and it was delicious. To their credit the restaurant was packed so they're not going to cook every meal perfect but no matter how busy they were they took care of me and made sure I was happy. Not only did I have a delicious steak that melted in my mouth and didn't even need a drop of steak sauce because it was so juicy and tender I left a happy man. I will definitely be back to the 99 to try other meals.”
