“I loved this place. I was sad to see it close.”

“The hotel is amazing; the room was super clean and comfortable, the check in staff were friendly and efficient and the valet crew were on point. However, if you stay here, be warned: the buffet is a very expensive, sad reminder of what bad service can be. It was $29, but they charge 4% credit card fees, so it took it up to just over $30, and the food is okay at best. Most of what I had was dried out and hard. The only staff in the entire restaurant that even looked like they remotely wanted to be there was the lady at the meat carving station and the dessert station attendant; pretty much everyone else had a scowl, including the manager, Liz, who very unceremoniously asked me to leave about 30 minutes after posted closing time, though there had been no warnings about "time limits" (shudder) when I paid the exorbitant fee for a less than mediocre buffet meal. She actually started hinting, with frequent visits at about 10 minutes after closing, and every 3 to 5 minutes after that then finally said, "I don't want to rush you but I'm going to have to ask you to hurry up and finish your meal; we're closed." I grew up working in restaurants and NEVER, have I EVER asked anyone to leave after closing or been asked to leave. If it was an hour after and I arrived an hour before, that's one thing, but I arrived at about 15-20 minutes before closing because this was the only place I could eat, as the their "Cafe" had a 40 minute wait and I had to be up early. She accused me of having been there for "over an hour," at about 20 after 8pm, which was about 35-40 minutes at that point (but even the over an hour would be completely irrelevant). My advice, stay in the amazing, comfortable, newly renovated rooms but eat before arriving, if like me, you have no transportation after arrival... there's a McDonald's on the other side of the intestate. Great hotel... horrible buffet.”

“2 bad experience’s…first was shorted 100 cans on count and second was shorted $25 on winning scratchers. Didn’t realize either until I got home and was told about it. Not worth driving back and complaining about it but making everyone aware that they can’t count”

“I have always had the best experiences here! The staff are friendly, polite, and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and condiments are well stocked. I am both pleased and impressed with the wide variety of items available on their menu; there's definitely something for everyone to choose from. It was recently remodeled and I am quite impressed with that as well. Overall this restaurant is a great choice!”

“It's not a bad Subway. Our guy was working as fast as he could while his partner was on break. The subs were a wee bit messy as a result, but that was fine because, like I said, he wanted to be speedy for us. He was in a helpful mood too. The dining room was surprisingly clean for a Subway too. I'd stop here again.”

“The food was very good. Rice was undercooked /hard&crispy. But the thing that made me want to cancel my order was. The Obvious filth in the dining area. Tables were dirty and sticky. And the Buffet cart/table was a crying shame of a mess!! Did the owners ever hear of Hot water and as FREAKING "SOS PAD"...come on that's Stainless Steel you should be able to see your reflection in it. Empty boxes should be broken down and put in the back. And a mop to the floor wouldn't kill you either.. Have Pride in what you do and your surroundings. We~ your customers are noticing......”
