I also ordered the French onion soup which came with fresh baked bread and a herbed butter and it was great. I saw their upcoming menu is Jamacian themed and I'm very excited to try that! “My husband and I were visiting Westfield, NY, and wanting a nice place to eat dinner. It seems we made the right choice! I loved the rustic "tavern" feel, and felt very comfortable from the moment we entered. We ordered drinks and appetizer first. They even have a drink choice of a classic "dirty dirty" martini, which is the way I drink them. It was probably the best martini I have ever had. My husband chose an amber ale, which was equally good. We ordered crab Rangoon with our drinks. There are 4 to an order. They were very good and had a lot of crab. I also ordered a cup of broccoli Asiago soup. Very delicious, fresh, hot and flavorful. For our main dish I had a special: strip steak stuffed with crab and bleu cheese, medium rare, with a mushroom sauce, and cooked to perfection. My husband had the braised short ribs with mushrooms, and said it was so good and reminded him of "sunday pot roast". We both had mashed potatoes, definitely from scratch and a great complement to the meal. Even the sautéed squash was cooked to perfection not mushy, and very tasty. For dessert we split a slice of Portage apple crumb pie with ice cream. Portage Pies is a famous company in the area. I can see why. The staff was very friendly and personable, attentive and knowlegable. I loved Brazill's, and when we return to the area, it will definitely be on our list of to-dos.”

“First of all, the employee who works the cash register has his act completely together. His customer service skills are on point. He speaks clearly and confidently on the phone and is very polite. The owners knew what they were doing putting this guy in the front. The facelift that the interior is getting is looking very good. The pizza is so delicious. The crust is fresh and baked perfectly! You can tell that Lena’s chooses quality products to make their pizza taste amazing. I’m so excited to have Lena’s in Westfield!”

“I have eaten lunch here three times and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied each time. This is the kind of soup that’s needed on cold winter days. Each day there’s a new special and home-baked bread to go with it. Service is always fast and friendly. I would have given it five stars but there is nowhere to sit inside. “Cute, attractive diner in a pseudo-50s style. Pros: clean and neat, bright colors, comfortable temperature. Clean bathrooms. Good prices. Cons: one stall per bathroom. 'snarky' signs hanging around which, on my first visit, seemed to be a bit funny, but by my third, were not as funny. Made me wonder if this is what the establishment thought about me after I'd left. Funny signs are welcome, but signs that clap back at customers make me uncomfortable (such as the mousetrap sign). Overall, the food is palatable. The staff are quick. To get four stars, the food would have to improve and sarcastic signage would need to be removed.”

“This tiny hole in the wall, tucked in along Westfield's Main Street, was a real shocker! My takeout order was broccoli and beef, cooked to perfection in minutes. The rice was fresh, the veggies still crunchy, the meat perfectly cooked, and the sauce exactly as requested. Additionally, there was very little salt! (I added some at home) I ordered takeout from this place with low expectations, and boy! Was I wrong! The cook was efficient and affable, and the bit of fresh hot pepper was exactly what I craved!”

The seating outside was at round commercial grade picnic tables with a large fire pit burning the whole time. Several local wines to choose from! Perfect way to spend an evening.”
