Food, service, and atmosphere was terrific, it was like the hands of time had completely stopped, the place hasn't changed a bit. “I found this place by googling and we went there 3 years ago. It was an ok experience, staff were nice drink included, they prepared the food in a small batch each time to guarantee they are fresh. We went back last week for second visit. Place got a bit different, they did some renovation, drink are not included(just free water), we arrived at 1 pm. And all we can eat was just food that were there(on display). Some favourite menu had been empty and they did not refill it. Maybe because it was a transition time to dinner menu...I don't know..basically we were served with leftover. Not too impressed this time...”

Never seemed stressed. The food runners and managers all helped assist him. It really went well. The food was hot and the salads were cold. We have always stopped for breakfast Labor Day weekend on the Friday travelling South and for the first time we were greeted with a sign that said opens at 8am as well as a lady that had just arrived to work around 7:30. “I absolutely love Applebee's. A couple of us ladies go in after work, late night, for a drink, dessert or meal. It is always a pleasant experience. Cecily, the bartender is amazing. Always make us feel welcome and happy to be there. I also go in with my husband and teenagers. All of the wait staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Really appreciate their manager, Nancy. One night myself and two female coworkers were sitting at the bar talking and an intoxicated male approached us, Nancy, seeing the attention was no wanted went up to the man and asked him to leave her girls alone. She told him that we work long hard hours and come in to unwind and enjoy ourselves not to be picked up.”

“An abundance of food with the most delicious flavors that are combined into a fantastic meal. I had the vegetarian salad ( which had tofu- seasoned to perfection) and the dressing on the side. It was the best meal I have had in a long time of Mexican dishes. First time eating there , so my next visit over the border in to plattsburgh, I know exactly where I am going to eat. The staff was eager, friendly and just pleasant to talk with. Place was very clean and has outdoor seating for people to enjoy their meals in the sunshine.”
