“The food was amazing. Service was above and beyond. Chef came up to ask how our food was multiply times. They gave a a free plate of sushi. They have real Karen food. Takapaw. Also gave us free fruits. Price is super cheap and reasonable for the portion side. I would pay double the price. Orders 3 dishes, and the total was last last 15$! Ordered takeout afterward for three different people and they got everything perfect.”

“Came here while in Buffalo looking for some classic hot wings. The gentleman working was extremely friendly and was very nice to talk to while he made the wings. Things were pretty quiet given it was early and a weekday. There’s a small counter you can sit at but seems more just like a take out shop. I ordered a single 10 piece medium Buffalo. The wings were what I expected. They were crispy and well seasoned. He was nice to give me a side of ranch and blue cheese sauce. I don’t know if it’s standard to charge this much for wings but seemed a bit on the expensive side. I would understand charging almost $20 if it came with fries, carrots and or celery. They have some crazy flavors which I would like to try make at home. I can see it being popular if you’re throwing a party for a Bills game. It was nice to support a local business and family but I think I’d likely try another place.”

“Beautiful place, it was a really busy brunch day, so I will recommend to plan in advance and make a reservation before coming here to avoid long waiting, specially for the brunch. Staff was very kind, and attentive. Food full of flavor but a little overpriced for how small the portions were on my opinion, we still hungry after finishing our meal. Regardless we had a great time and I can see this place only improving in the future. If it had little bigger portions I would rate this place 6/5.”

“Not sure if it's new owners, but the food was absolutely amazing! The full size ribs were a wonderful shock. The large shrimp in my shrimp fried rice was perfectly cooked. Everything was incredible! It's not easy finding a great Chinese Restaurant (there are so many) but this is it! We will definitely be ordering again!”

“Let's start with dessert, I had the Lemon Cake, my wife said she almost saw a tear of emotion. It was pretty amazing. One of the best Italian places I have been to in the world. Great for a romantic date, but the portions are not so large they ruin the chance of romance.”

“Pretty good selection of Boba Teas, not many bursting options but that's not a big deal. We tried some Pho, Eggrolls, Potstickers and a few other dishes I don't recall the name of, but have pictures. Far from the worst Boba I found in Buffalo, the third best I found.”

“The donuts were unique, tasty, and definitely I highlight! It's a small place with some good grub; nothing too crazy!”

“I LOVE this restaurant! Everyone was so friendly and I was provided top-notch customer service. I'd never had Nigerian food before so I didn't know what to order. I ended up with fufu and egusi soup (spell-check) and rice and beef. EVERYTHING was spicy! Underlying medical issues would not allow me to indulge. However, I’ll be back for sure to try other items. My Dad wouldve loved this place! 😇 Good food, music, and people!”

“So I'm from Rochester originally and I was beyond excited to see that they carry Finger Lakes coffee here because I haven't found anywhere else in Buffalo that serves it! My husband had a London fog and said it was really good. Our first time here we got some breakfast sandwiches and they were really tasty, and today we shared a goat cheese cranberry poptart that was honestly delicious (I wasn't sure what to expect and it was perfectly sweet and balanced). The prices are about what you'd expect for the area and the staff have always been very kind. Cute simple decor and lots of natural light.”

“This was my first time going to this location, although I pass by daily. They are always quite busy. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. My order was taken, and made, with accuracy. I would definitely go back to this location, maybe order ahead for pickup next time.”

“Had the best lunch at The Salty Chefs! I ordered the Buffalo Thicc Burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Also got a side of fries, which were perfectly salty. The meal was so tasty and I was so full after but still got a hockey puck brownie to go. It’s a cute, homey space and I definitely want to go back!!”

“Fabulous cafe with fantastic food and coffee. I had a quiche and the Brulee'cinno, which was awesome. Check out pictures of everyone in our party's meals. Every plate was emptied. I've seen reviews mentioning a limited menu, which is true; however I prefer a restaurant that has a smaller menu and cooks everything fresh to order over a menu of a 100 items that are frozen and poorly prepared. Easy to get to and paid street parking available. Highly recommend this gem of a cafe.”

“Decent variety of food. We tried the Newbury Salads and La Davina. Newbury Salads had great customer service - the woman who helped us was super nice. The food was pretty decent and how you’d expect it to taste. We had the kale caesar salad with chicken breast. La Davina was a let down. They had very quick service however, the tacos were pretty dry and didn’t taste all that great. I think EXPO Market is a good place to check out because the atmosphere was cool, but the food didn’t taste the best so don’t get your hopes up.”

“We came here to celebrate our anniversary. we split the octopus appetizer, i got the squid ink risotto, and my boyfriend got the braised short ribs. I got the house mojito and he got the house martini and both were delicious. I had high expectations but they far exceeded them!! Truly one of the best meals I've ever had in Buffalo. Everything was authentic and on par with food i've had in Astoria. The staff is also so friendly!! Blue Cave is such a much needed, unique and authentic gem and addition to Buffalo. I'll be dreaming about the risotto until the next time I come back!!”

“Going to be an absolutely AMAZING date spot. The ambiance is that Buffalo polished wood low-light vibe. This is accentuated by large portioned New Orleans cuisine that is a refreshing break from the Greek and Italian domination in this city. Bring an appetite.”

“Nice place to hang out and have a drink. They have a good selection of beer wine and seltzers. They also have a kitchen and the food was good. They have a nice selection of games that you can play while you're hanging out enjoying the different beverages. All the drinks are self serve after you check in and get your badge to activate the taps. There is also a nice outdoor seating area.”

“Very cool new spot on Niagara Street. We were finally able to stop in and check it out. First of all the renovation is gorgeous. Very modern, lots of space and just beautiful. They did a great job on the old resurgence space. Twin Petrels makes their own craft hard seltzers which is new for our area. You can purchase them to drink on their own, they are on tap, and there are also seltzer cocktails and regular cocktails and mock tails. There is also a light food menu which we did not try this time. We had a few seltzers and seltzer cocktails. All the drinks we tried were very good and the cocktails were made with high quality ingredients. They are in the process of figuring out how to get their seltzers canned to have the option to buy them and enjoy them at home. We are excited to see this new concept come to Buffalo. Make sure you go and check them out.”
