“The staff was very helpful. We couldn't find any parking, so when we called, the one lady actually came outside to point us in the right direction, lol. The waitress we had also had no problems checking on the menu items I had questions about. The soups are delicious. I got the roasted red pepper and tomato, I can't remember what my friend got, but she loved hers too. She also said the burger she got was the best burger she's ever had. I believe it was the owner who came over and talked to me about being gluten free (because I asked about the soup, which is also vegetarian, yum) to let me know that they do also carry gf bread, so that's good to know! I didn't give them 5 stars because being a gf vegetarian, there's not many options besides what I had (soup and salad) because even their french fries are coated in flour. But now that I know they offer bread, maybe I'll try a sandwich too. Perfect lunch spot. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. I'll def go back!”

“Today was a day of giving at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online, but when I went into the restaurant, it was packed, so it took a bit longer. Totally understandable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many workers behind the counter in a tight spot working so hard. The tickets comically kept coming out of the printer, but yet it was like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think that anyone minded the delay because there was no reason to get upset. It was busy and everyone was fine with it. Great job today, Jersey Mike’s! By the way, our subs were delicious!”

“Lake effect is located on Sheridan in the same plaza as Paula's donuts. Friendly, fast and sweet the owner and her daughter are super helpful and really seem to love what they do. I won an opportunity to try thier protein waffle....wow surprisingly delicious, filling, and seemed sinful but was healthy! The energy bomb teas and shakes are very good and have helped me keep going when running on empty after chasing around my son or running errands. Have been 3 times and will definitely be back.”

“We came for the all you can eat lunch, and were very happy with the meal! In order to try as much as we could, we got things to split (your whole table has to get the all you can eat deal, so this isn't a big problem), and this got to try almost all of the special rolls. As they charge you extra if you leave food unfinished at the end of your meal, we came in a little worried, but the sushi, rolls, and appetizers were all reasonably sized and that wasn't a problem. However, as everything is made to order, be prepared to sit and enjoy the company of your table-mates, especially for the rolls that require deep-frying as a component, as they take a little longer. I certainly think that we got a good value, and the Volcano and Crazy Monkey rolls were awesome surprises. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful, and fast, helping to make for an enjoyable experience. 👍”

The staff have always been pleasant. Sometimes they are overwhelmed but not in a rude way. Gloves are always changed. Food is always fresh. “Newly opened Chinese restaurant. We ordered nourishing lamb stewed noodles, sichuan spicy chicken, and fish filled in hot chili oil. Sichuan spicy chicken was very crispy and well seasoned. I think this place's spicy chicken is the best in Buffalo so far. Lamb stewed noodle, one of the most popular menu in this restaurant, was also very good. I was satisfied with a soup which the soup was deep and thick. Fish filled in hot chili oil was nice. I will try more dishes from this place in the near future.”
