“Wow! This place is amazing. We were so happy to find it. Everything tasted so flavorful and fresh. I got the lobster roll and it was so good. I contemplated getting another to take home. My friends French fries were so great, best French fries I've ever had, I don't know what they did but we couldn't get enough. Definitely recommend trying out this place. One of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to.”

“Amazing all around, definitely a hidden gem. Run by a gregarious one-man show owner who doubles as a chef, bartender, busboy and more, this is the quintessential Brooklyn experience. Want to take it to the next level? Don't even look at the menu and tell him (if he doesn't offer first), to bring to the table whatever he feels like. You're in for a treat - recommended.”

“Oh man is this food great. It's hot and plentiful and delicious. You can tell because it's got a crazy lunch rush. It's like one of those buffets where they serve you. I was like, "how does this work? Is it like a two meats combo or. . . ?" The lady was like, "Just pick whatever you want, and we'll just fill it up." And no kidding did they fill it up. The container barely closed. I got the dirty rice, pinto beans, and stewed goat (I think). It was so good! Tons of flavor, the beans were so creamy and the meat was fall-off-the-bone, fatty, and so much of it. Top it off with a ton of their hot sauce, and you'll be in fat heaven. It lasted me three meals btw. I don't remember how much it was, but it was probably in the $12 range. Anyway, I will be looking for excuses to be in the area, so I can go here.”

“Visited this restaurant this week and the experience was okay. Let me start by highlighting the positives: Ambiance - Laid back and good music. Food - Ordered the guacamole, fish tacos, and shrimp tacos. Overall the food was decent. Service - No complaints. The bartender was attentive and friendly. Now on to the areas of opportunity: Price - Expensive! $17-18 for 2 very small tacos. Even when compared to similar restaurants in the neighborhood, the prices are still high for what you get. In my opinion, if you are going to charge this much then the quality of food or portion size should reflect the price. Drinks - Ordered the Michelada and Paloma and both drinks were decent. The Paloma was a little bit too sweet but understandable since the staff is new. Note: Please note that this restaurant charges a 3.99% credit card fee. Thought this was strange since who carries cash nowadays and also disappointing to see another tax added to an already expensive bill.”

“If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Fantastic food! I wouldn’t say it’s authentic Chinese food, but it doesn’t claim to be authentic either. You can’t go wrong with any dish over here but a few highlights - Crispy Duck - Generous succulent pieces of crispy duck cooked to perfection with a nice dipping sauce. Dumplings in Chili oil - soft dumplings soaked in a well seasoned chili oil. Pork belly fried rice - truly spectacular fried rice. Salty yet flavorful with soft pieces of pork belly. Truly outstanding!”

“Delicious pizza joint! We got the Margarita slice and garlic knot! They use quality ingredients and you can taste it. Highly recommend going here. Also grab a garlic knot, it’s done right unlike a lot of other places. It’s loaded with garlic bits and is buttery.”

“Montesacro is a delight. I've visited a few times now and had a fantastic experience on each trip. It's kind of a sleeper - which is a great thing because it's easy to get a reservation. But the food is so good that I'm not sure why people are sleeping on this place. Plus, the atmosphere is just devine, whether you're inside or on the beautiful back patio.”

“My favorite restaurant in BK. Naama, the owner, is a shining light in the NYC Slow Food scene. Such a wonderful food entrepreneur and community builder. Please support her and her amazing staff. The food is incredible. I recommend the Israeli nachos on the Happy Hour menu featuring seasonally appropriate veggies and ingredients. See you there!”

“I drive for Lyft in PA and happen to drop off a rider in New York. I was having a medical issue and went into Starbucks. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Ebonay and she took such good care of me. She didn't even charge me for a coffee. I hope she gets a raise because she was awesome.”

“This place has just became our favorite spot for Italian food! This beautiful restaurant has several sitting areas, bar included. It is well designed with industrial and traditional wood work, which creates a lovely and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is offering Italian food was delicious and could be noticed that it was made with high quality ingredients, the service we've got was kind and helpful, and most importantly - the menu is not pricey at all. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!! 👌”

“I didn't eat food here but my friends did and they loved it. Very fun atmosphere, bathrooms were clean. The margarita Tower we had was awesome. They are a bit pricey but ultimately I had a good time and if you want to get in make sure you make a reservation because they are very strict about walk-ins and a bit rude at times.”

“I stopped by on a whim to pick up food to go as this was close and convenient to my location at the time. I’d also like to note that I’ve made a myriad of good choices today BUT THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION YET! They give generous portions AND the food is amazing for a good price too!! I’ll definitely be frequenting this place often.”

“This is a really solid spot in Williamsburg. I’m Not usually a fan of vegan food (I am lactose intolerant though) but the food was all excellent. We ordered Rich and creamy Mac and cheese, nachos, and a chickpea (“chicken”) sandwich. It was all delicious. Drinks were good too. I would definitely return.”

“That was an amazing seafood festival in my stomach. I really liked DB seafood Boil. The quantity was massive and the house special sauce was a piece of happiness dancing in my Stomach passing through my heart. You can make it more spicy but for me medium spicy was quite good. The shrimps, calamaris and the lobster tail were a very good combination and were very filling for a food monster like me. I do recommend it for any seafood lover.”

“Food was great. We came as a group of 15 and they were happy to accommodate us. Service was a bit slow at times (took about 30 minutes to get the check after asking) but there's a lot going on and on a Friday night they were very busy, as expected in this area. We ended up here for about 4 hours when I feel like we only needed maybe 2.5 hours. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. The flamenco dancer(s) and employees made eating here feel like we were extended family. I'd go back for sure.”
