“Good restaurant. Very good food and great service. However, Walked in today with my father. Greeted by a not-so-friendly new waitress. But no problem. We sit down. Nobody is there to take our order. Not even a cup of water for 20 minutes. Tried to garner attention. Seen and ignored. We decided to leave, seeing as we were clearly unwanted. I’ll be back in the future. It is a very good restaurant with good food. Unsure what was so different today.”

“Went out for our anniversary dinner on Friday evening. Awesome experience. Waitress was very attentive. Great martinis. For appetizers, we had the charred octopus which was very tender, also the baked beet with goat cheese. Then had the salmon entree and the scallop special. Followed up with a berry tart. Portions were very good size. Everything was delicious, very unique and gourmet. Highly recommend it.”

When my relatives visit from London they specifically request to go to this Arby's location. The staff here is always extremely friendly and service / satisfaction oriented. I really appreciate that. “This place is one of my favorite eateries in Rochester. I have only been in for takeout but it has a warm, welcoming environment. I am a huge fan of their grain bowls that are packed with flavor. They let you choose however many veggies you'd like. I appreciate that they have an assortment of fresh veggies along with seasoned grilled veggies as well. I have only had their chicken protein but it's always tasty and fresh. I will be back to try their wraps and salads soon.”
