Dipping sauce was yummy, oysters could have been cook d for a second longer but we're good. Alligator sausage was fantastic for an app. Had to boy surf and turf sandwich for dinner. Shrimp could have been cooked a second or two longer as well. Will give it another try, perhaps not on a Friday when they are so busy to give food another shot.”

“In spite of a rocky start with no server coming to the table for about 7 minutes, this diner turned out to have very good food. We had breakfast here, an Eggs Benedict Royal (with smoked salmon) and home fries. The Benedict was very good, with the smoked salmon being not too sharp or fishy but appropriately salty. The eggs were perfectly rendered. The Hollandaise was a bit cooler in temperature than I would have liked, but the flavor was good. The home fries were excellent, with a crunchy, crispy browned crust that was exactly as I like them. Service was good once we were addressed, and attentive. While waiting for our orders to arrive, I noted someone beginning to clean the coffee machine. One of the two lids was taken off the top, and the person cleaning the machine grabbed a mop-like device off the back of the counter, sitting behind the machine, directly on the bare countertop. The mop was used to clean out the top of the machine, and when finished, was thrown back on the counter behind the coffee machine without rinsing and without being contained, just onto the bare counter. We had planned to order coffee, but wouldn't do so after seeing that. Overall, the food and service were good. We just weren't that happy that we didn't get to have coffee with our breakfast.”

“Went there Sunday night this is there new location. We were very impressed much bigger space and very color and inviting for kids. I must mention that if you have kids this is the place to go to eat. My husband ordered there french fry pizza which he said was amazing. I stuck with he pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce nice and tender. Desserts are new not he menu. We have a banana sundae which fed 4 of us and the fries are the usual amazing cut potatoes. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Will be back soon!”

The friend chicken is awesome and the mashed potatoes are delicious add some of there corn...maybe a pinch of salt, or not, and you have a meal that will stick to your ribs.”

“Very nice and friendly environment, especially the day after Christmas! Seems to really know their customers, as they greeted another guest by asking how she was feeling. Drew, my server was very pleasant! Unfortunately, they must have been low on supply. Since I asked for extra steak on my husband's breakfast sandwich, but was told they only had enough for one additional sandwich, so I couldn't purchase more as an add-on. About the sandwich prep, it was a little sloppy and fell apart while trying to eat it. All in all, nice experience!”

“They get some of the best tribute bands on Long Island and they space them out on the schedule so it's not the same acts every few weeks. The cover charge is reasonable and they don't care whether you stay to hear the early band as well as the later one. Also I like that they have a coat check in colder weather. “There is 3 Chinese places where I live. We only go to one which is "Sing Me Kitchen." There was one in Bellmore over by a pizza place. So one day and went over there, and they didn't have pork fried rice because it was run by Iranians! Screw That. So, today, I went to A&J China Star for the first time, and I got their pork fried riced. It tasted so good, but it was hot and fresh!”
