“I have been here twice this week when I discovered them, I did not regret it! I have tried the Chicken Combo and Chicken/Lamb Combo over Rice, with White Sauce and Mild Hot Sauce (they have a hotter Hot Sauce available as well). Both meals are fantastic and come with lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. The portions are generous! The Chicken is freshly prepared and have a very juicy and flavorful taste. The lamb they use is perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful and is not very salty like some other lamb products. The Rice is perfectly seasoned, light, flavorful and complements everything very well. Saving the best for last is Amber's "Secret Ingredient", her homemade White Sauce. This sauce is amazing and complements both meals perfectly with both their Hot Sauce and Green Chutney Sauce. You would be silly to not stop by and indulge yourself with some amazing and tasty comfort food. I am a huge fan of Food Trucks, and am happy to see a wide selection of high-quality establishments starting to appear in the neighborhood. I am looking forward to my next visit! “My co worker bought the shrimp tempura to work for her lunch one day, and while I was on my lunch I decided to try it. Let me tell you it was a hit, the ginger flakes and the wasabi really opened up my senses and I loved it. I’m a spicy girl so it was sensational.... I decided to take my hubby there on the next visit and we both had a two protein rice bowl that too was a hit. The food and the service was great. I think I found my new food obsession! It is different in a way I cant quite describe, it has a unique texture. You just have to try it to understand. Pricing is awesome, especially for LI, and the customer service is ? on point as well. “Was passing by and saw they had 15% off for teachers. One of the very few restaurants I've even seen that offer that. Tried the chicken wrap and Blaze chicken sandwich. My friend had the fried chicken. The owner was there and told us they are lowering the prices to give back to the community during these trying times. All the employees there were respectful and the food was amazing.”
