I love the brand, the food is delicious. Was so looking forward to a spicy bowl of the lamb noodle soup. Really bummed to find a big hair in it and that bowl of would-be deliciousness ended up in the trash. Two stars because I'm not a complete savage, but damn guys, don't let hair get in the way of your awesome food!
EDIT: Changing from 2 to 4 stars. I was directed to their site so I could submit my issue directly to the CEO. Mr. Wang responded very quickly and was understanding and apologetic. Even offered to request a refund on my behalf even though I didn't ask for one. I'll continue to support Xi'an's famous. The food really is great. Yes, it was a one-off issue, but was still a valid reason for me to initially leave a negative review to which I am more than happy to edit.
Love this place, amazing dumplings but I really actually only go for the broth! Not usually too busy and food is excellent!
Man this place is good. So much flavor packed in all of their dishes. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but I loved it. The noodles are made fresh and you get to pick how spicy you want them. Believe the hype!
Super authentic hand-pulled noodles. Made famous by the late Anthony Bourdain's travel/food show. Do yourself a favor and watch it. Plus visit this place. It's good man!!
Come get these spicy and sour lamb dumplings, juicy as hell, packed with flavorful and soft meat, sitting in sexy hot chili oil, but make sure to ask for extra spicy, if your little tummy can handle it. Go.
