“This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. I had to go back to have a drink remade which is never fun, but without a doubt, they corrected the issue without me even needing to tell them something was wrong. I was asked by two different people to taste the drink before I left which to me was phenomenal. Definitely eliminated the possibility of me needing to come back a second time. Long story short, I’m not even upset I had to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. That makes all the difference! To me, accidents happen. It’s how it’s handled and corrected that matters and I’m blown away by the customer service at this facility!”

“This is a great location with a drive-thru that is located in close proximity to the airport (less than 5 minutes away). Quick and efficient service is always there, and I've never had a bad experience at this location. Parking is limited to strip-mall style few spots but otherwise nothing at all wrong with this place.”

“Today at 2:30 pm I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee. There were 2 cars in front of me. My 12 year old son was holding pizza we were taking home for lunch. It took well over 12 minutes to receive my order.... i found that in-acceptable and no apologies were offered either. I had 3 young kids in the car that were becoming increasingly inpatient.... I don’t know if I will visit this location again even though it’s closeest to my house!!!! I feel I should have been offered either a free drink or more for that since I received no apologies or sympathetic words!!!!”

Very homey and soothing....and they give to a multitude of charities from building schools and churches to assisting the less fortunate. The employees welcomed us and made us feel at home. “I like this location a lot. Not far from my house and the service is always excellent. My drink is always on point and the staff are always friendly and courteous. I had the new Girl Scout Thin Mint frozen chocolate and it was so delicious. Sure was a great splurge. My favorite Dunkin Donuts in Syracuse.”
