“The food was fine, Dunkin quality. However, the service was horrible. We were in a line (3 cars and no one inside) for 30 minutes. Once it became our turn to order, I decided to go inside because there was no one in there and there were still 2 cars ahead of us. It still took 18 minutes to get our food. There were 2 people working and they were so SLLLLOOOOW!! They were nice, just extremely slow. I'll never return to this location.”

“I love the baristas at this Starbucks! I was having trouble ordering as I didn't realize what my "regular" was got taken off the menu. They (socially distanced, of course!) sat down with me and we figured out what I actually wanted. They even printed out a tag of how to best order my drink next time so there's no confusion. “Usually, everything’s fine at this store, but I had an experience there recently that made me quite angry. I walked to the store to buy groceries and snacks. It’s about 4 blocks away. I don’t drive. I waited about 10 minutes for the cashier to deal with a delivery person. That person then started to engage in small talk with the cashier and then also decided to order a slice of pizza. The cashier had trouble getting the slice out of the warmer. By the time he got it out, I’d been standing with a heavy basket for 15 minutes, while the other 3 or 4 staff people stood around having personal conversations. The cashier then told the delivery guy that he had no bags. I asked him if he indeed said they had no bags. He said “yes, we ran out”. It was about 1:00 in the afternoon and they had no bags! I asked if they didn’t have either plastic or paper bags as I had walked 4 blocks to get there and now need to walk those 4 blocks back. He spent another 5 minutes looking for paper bags, to no avail. At 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, this Byrne Dairy had NO BAGS!!! I walked 8 blocks for nothing. I was angry enough to write this critical review. And I almost never write reviews!”
