Six50 Black Oven Cooking

My fiancé and I have been here a couple of times and nothing makes it stand out from other wood fired pizza joints. The food is good, the service is good, dishes are pricy. The bar area is huge and would probably be nice for a happy hour with coworkers. We keep going back, but not our first choice.

Good food. Very nicely prepared. Great service. Had Cubano, great crust. Did not rush us. Was able to engage with the staff at lunchtime. Will return.

This restaurant is great! I’ve taken my family there many times. The pizza is incredible along with the bread and chicken wings free on your birthday. Derrick and Kilan are great employees, very personable!

We went to celebrate my dad's 84th birthday. We went for their birthday wing deal - the birthday person gets as many (boneless) wings as their age (or half their age in bone-in wings). You need a reservation stating that you will be coming for that reason. We were a party of 9 and ordered pizzas and drinks to go with the wings. We were all very pleased with our food, and the service was very good. We will certainly be back on non-birthday days!

The Pizza was excellent. The dough reminded me of a real NY Pizza kitchen, with that soft inside and extra crunchy outside. The salad was also delicious and fresh. Rolls, also satisfying. I did not have a main course so I can’t attest to the flavor of them, but they looked great!
