“It was a sad few weeks not having Richiestos aka Mamma Mia! in our lives. We were so bummed when we learned that they were moving and wouldn't be right across the street from us anymore. So glad to be back having breakfast and coffee in a space that feels very similar to the last but even better. Same awesome menu and same sweet vibes. The owner came up to us and we talked for some time about what his resturant has meant for our family. Always our go to spot when I'm about to embark on a journey or staying in the area awhile. Thanks for the incredible breakfasts, pizza, and sweet memories, guys! Looking forward to making more at Mamma Mia! Ps. Love the coffee mugs. Good luck with the new location!”

“We ordered a s'mores cupcake (among other things). Everything was great, but the cupcake was INCREDIBLE. Equally important to me was the fact that the people working were awesome. Great service, very comfortable atmosphere, and really affordable pricing (which surprised me considering it's relatively new). I also liked the different coffee flavors. “I stopped in at this Toppings for the first time since I have never had it. I live in Middletown and we only have a Sweet Frog so I was eager to try Toppings. I was so excited I stopped in because it was amazing!! They had a variety of flavors, I got cookie dough and triple chocolate which we so full of flavor I was very impressed. Toppings bar was full of fresh toppings and very clean. Needless to say I will be driving here when I want a sweet treat!”

“Very nice experience. All the staff were nice and helpful. The dining room was clean and had very cool artwork and decor. The steak and shrimp were excellent. I am definitely going back and I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Fast quality food at a very reasonable price. The bubble tea was very good also.”

“They just opened, however it could be a better system in the store. People are trying to social distance. Hopefully they figure it out. Times is different and they need to be on top of that. Otherwise They are known for their chicken and that’s what I went for. The coleslaw was terrible but The chicken was better than Popeyes. I’m from the islands so this is the jam! Not that overly processed food. I’m going to try some of their other foods next but just don’t judge a book by the cover. This is a pandemic we are all trying to make it. Give a little respect to the people here. Or else cook your own damn chicken!”

“I actually went to this strip mall to eat somewhere else. I saw this spot when I walked by and decided to try it out. I’m glad I did! It was amazing. I had two fish and two chicken tacos. It was nearly too much food! And they provided three types of salsa from Smokey to spicy to traditional. They were delicious; I especially liked the Smokey one. Very unique. I’ll be back!”

“New restaurant opening in New Windsor. My husband and I popped in Wednesday to see if they were open yet. Just so happens, the grand opening is today and they are giving free food to the first 50 customers. Now, on to the review. The owner happened to be there and invited us in to sample anything on the menu for free. YESSS! I had the hard steak tacos with guacamole, chips & salsa and my husband had the steak and shrimp burrito bowl with guacamole. We devoured it! I never eat all my food from that other chain place (you know the one that begins with a "C") but this time, I ate everything. The food was really good; the tacos and chips were obviously made fresh and the portions were generous. The owner and staff was bright, cheerful and very friendly. The environment was clean, which is a must for me. I wish I had taken pics for this review, but by the time I thought of it, I only had a few chips left. A major pro here also is that now New Windsor locals don't have to travel far like we had to when going to that other Mexican grill...you know the one I'm talking about. My only con is that while our food was free, they did provide us a mock receipt--for training purposes. The total bill with tax was $28.11 and that did not include the free drink. Still, not unreasonable as long as the portions remain the same as what we were given and the quality of the food continues to be fresh and delish.”
