Highly recommend ordering The Barn, by far the best bang for your buck in the area. Can’t be beat! However, the place isn’t 100% perfect. Seems like the staff struggles a bit to get orders right. This is something that will eventually go away as the staff gets more experienced and used to the operation. Weeks later I’m already seeing the improvement! The girl that runs the cashier is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this place for breakfast to anyone within driving distance. If I didn’t live as far as I did, I would be going here every morning for breakfast and even return for lunch!”

“I had no idea this place even existed until my wife looked up brunch spots! Definitely a hidden gem, and it's so close to home I can't believe I didn't find it sooner! Came in for an early breakfast/brunch with my wife and sister and to start we got hot coffee, iced coffee, and a frozen chocolate drink. All were great, the coffee was fresh brewed for my second cup. The food was seriously delicious. Homemade chorizo! I built my own burrito with it and it was delicious! One of the best breakfast burritos I've had, and the homemade hot sauce they had made it all the better! My wife had the lox omelet which she said was delicious, and my sister had the power omelet (can't remember the exact name) Definitely a spot I want to come back too more often. Everything was cooked to order, and portions were definitely worth the price for the taste and quality!”

“Don’t leave Newburgh without eating here! The food is exceptional. Not cheap but worth every penny. The presentation of it all was lovely and professional and the food is authentically Mexican, and that is hard to find in the Hudson Valley. Just know that you might have trouble getting regular water as staff might not think that it is "ok" to drink tap water (and menu type might be hard to read). Food was superb and I am so happy that they are a new addition to the City of Newburgh. We will be back!”

“My daughter and I visited today and the food was absolutely perfect! I had the shrimp and grits. I am not a fan of wet food so when my dish came and I saw all the liquid in the bowl, I was tempted to order something else. I’m so glad I have in and tried it. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Just the right amount of liquid, perfectly seasoned!😋😋 My daughter had the strawberry and blueberry pancakes and the Turkey BLT. Everything was absolutely delicious! The ambience of the café is perfect for a laid back Sunday brunch. This visit was well worth the drive as we don’t live close. We will definitely visit again.”

“Cute shop upstairs. Little farm where you can feed the chickens and goat. They had two little ponies as well. I ate in the dining area with my mom we both enjoyed the egg sandwiches which were delicious and affordable. I wish they had more animals but it was still nice to feed the cute animals.”
