Cute lil beach side shack serving coffee, iced teas, smoothies, baked goods, and some light food items. We stopped by on a Saturday morning post-Labor-Day and got their breakfast egg sandwich (pesto, cheddar, radish microgreens on an english muffin), the Get Up and Catch It smoothie, and a cold brew. We wanted to get a cherry muffin but the woman in front of us snagged the last one 👀 Loved everything we tried though! The breakfast sandwich was really savory and flavorful. Found myself mopping up every last drop of runny egg 😋 Great for a light breakfast, lunch, or snack on the beach!

Note: They don’t have lids or straws for their beverages, so make sure to pack that reusable straw if you’re like me and can’t drink a smoothie without one 😂

Delicious watermelon juice and smoothie. Lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options and very friendly team. Thanks for serving the local community and beach visitors during the pandemic summer!

Awesome place to get your ice coffee in the morning during the summer and eat a muffin on the boardwalk. Dog friendly so if your pup is friendly and well behaved, you can bring him too. They even keep a water bowl out for the pooches!

Granola Yogurt was delicious, brown rice bowl not so much. Rice and veggies in the bowl were super oily and oversalted. Don't think that's right in their wheelhouse, would definitely stick to the juices and smoothies and breakfast items if going back again. Baked goods also looked tasty.

Honestly the brown rice bowl is the best food I've tasted in my life. I wanted to tell them that but I was embarrassed they wouldn't believe me. The "my son" smoothie is also great. A bit pricey BUT u get what u pay for. It's delicious food. Also the grilled cheese is unique and tasty. Would go back to Rockaway every weekend for the rice bowl alone. And the guys are real cuties too.
