“Most of the time this is the go to but sometimes they're like our other DDs. Today was that day. Just make my coffee the way I say. I'm very specific and it doesn't take a rocket scientist. Why add cinnamon when no one asks for cinnamon? Everything else was good though so at least it's drinkable. Yesterdays from Albany they missed my extra Carmel and it was so bitter it was undrinkable. I will say though this one will fix the drink without argument unlike some of the others. Just didn't have the tie6to go back today ????”

“Ordered rapid pickup 20 minutes out bc I wasn't sure I could get there in 10. I got there a lil early anyway, my food was already waiting and stone cold. They clearly made the food right away and let it sit there instead of making it closer to my pick up time.”

“You get exactly what you'd expect from this Ben and Jerry's location: awesome ice-cream late into the night. That is one of the perks of being a franchise based inside a college student union building. The ice cream is excellent and since it's open until midnight it makes it all the more convenient. It's a more expensive than if you were to buy it from a store but you have extra toppings to choose from. If you are a heavy consumer of ice cream I'd probably recommend you stick to the grocery store. However, to calm a quick ice cream craving while on campus at RPI this place is perfect.”
