“Overall experience was good. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and a kids meal. Chicken was nicely cooked but could use a little more salt. Had a great spice to it on the sandwiches. Purple slaw was very good and the sandwiches were a nice size. Daughter enjoyed the balsa plane. A little on the pricey side but if the portions are consistent and food stays good we will continue coming.”

“I am happily surprised to see this is still open. I moved away in 91 and was looking at a trip to NY and DC in the next year or 2. I grew up in Blue Point and went to Flo's many times. Loved their burgers and frosted mug root beers. My mom's first date ever was at Flo's. When we do head back I will be showing my wife and grandson what Flo's is like.”

“I loved this place for the delicious bar fare, the views, smell of salty air, and the occasional mermaid who mysteriously sheds her tail in the parking lot somewhere, then orders a Blue Point beer. Priceless. Okay, there was only one mermaid or too many beers. I did a solo bike tour from Western Suffolk County to find refuge and refreshment here. Love this place. Seating outdoors or in. Awesome.”

“I had the blue cheese burger. It was cooked perfectly, medium. The onion rings were crisp and delicious. Great atmosphere, though you may have to wait for a table. Definitely has a dive bar feel but the food is better then good and prices are very reasonable. I will be back.”

“Looks good, but you have to arrive early. Mid afternoon they stop severing their menu, just a few bar items only after that time. We came a few minutes before, but they made us order from the bar menu. We got the perigees and they were good. Next, time make for early lunch or breakfast.”
