“This new restaurant in this location had it's recipes down and creates great food. The hard liquor license was not in place yet when we stopped in and picked up a great lunch to go. Soft shell crab taco and tuna taco were perfect. The tile fish wrap tasted amazing - as a take out, the sauce in the wrap made the tortilla very soggy.”

“While vacationing with my family in MTK, we visited Hoodoos first one afternoon for ice-cream which Tom the owner told us was imported from Brooklyn. (it was awesome) The next visit was for breakfast and all I can say is that you won't be disappointed and I recommend the Croa-Cake.. and finally was for lunch take-out which was ready when I got there and had all the necessary plates/napkins/condiments already packed up. If looking to for a new spot while visiting this awesome town, give Hoodoos a try.”

“Obsessed. Excellent food and very helpful, friendly staff in an elegantly-designed location. Lori was kind enough to recommend several dishes that all sounded good so we didn’t hold back: the Vietnamese Chicken & Rice Soup, Smoked & Braised Brisket Sandwich, Smashed Potato’s and Avocado Toast that we’re perfectly prepared. We also ended up getting some beautiful black tea, a matcha latte, and regular latte with a couple monkey bread bites to wrap up our meal. My only regret is not being able to order everything on the menu! Sometimes when one is asked whether a new place is good out here, I hear people say “it’s pretty good...for the Hamptons”. Carissa’s is a fabulous eatery, full stop.”
